Staff are very friendly and efficient, always taking the time to make sure they have covered all my care needs.
Thank you for your kind words, I will pass them on to the care staff.
A good friendly team, circumstances change and they react to my new needs.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We are happy to know we are able to adapt.
I have not actually been with my mother when the carers attend, but she has always been pleased with the care they have provided and treated with care and respect. I have only dealt with the office staff who have always been efficient and helpful.
Hi, we are pleased that Mum is happy with the care provided and thank you for good positive feedback.
Carers arrive at irregular hours, without me being told. Usually, in the mornings, my carer arrives at 9 am, but sometimes sent in at 7 am. So communication from the office would help. If a carer is blocked, it means blocked, not to be used as an option. No problems with the care staff, they are excellent.
I'm glad you are happy with the care staff. If you have an email address we are more than happy to send your rota in this way. Unfortunately, we are limited on staff in certain areas so will always offer a care worker to attend the call regardless of gender if the regular staff member is not available.
Office staff have to go on care too so can't provide the backup needed.
Feel very sorry for them, something needs to be done.
We have a recruitment drive in place to help with recruitment. I am more than happy to listen to any ideas that you may have for improvements towards recruitment of staff. I'm sorry you feel this way, yet the office staff going out to support is the backup for any uncovered care.
From a client's point of view, when the bill is two months at a time, we have nothing to look back at what happened at that time.
If you provide us with an email address we can make sure that rotas are emailed to you also, with this, you will be able to access the new online task sheet notes. Anything else please call and we will be more than happy to assist.
The family feel that the level of care given to our mother has been very good, even when so many staff were off sick. We have always found the office staff very friendly and helpful.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate your understanding through the pandemic with staffing levels. I will pass on your appreciation to the staff.
The carers are excellent, you can't fault them. There is only one male carer who's no good doing his job. He's got no telephone manners and he doesn't sign the sheet and misses them out. The manager lets him get away with it. When he arrived he sat in the car for about 10 minutes before he came in, I have banned him from coming here anymore. The manager does not back up the carers, we are losing a lot of nice carers.
Following on from the telephone conversation we had on 12/04/2021 I am pleased that your issues have been addressed and rectified.
My thoughts on my carers. Some are very good and go the extra mile. Others are not very professional. We should also have schedules, after all, when paying for a service I expect one.
I am sorry that you are not happy at this time. Schedules are now posted again but had stopped as per communications due to reduced staff affected with COVID. The rotas were planned in relation to the staffing available at that time. We should now all see an improvement and back to the quality service we would expect.
Our overall treatment from the managers to the carers has been first class. We send many thanks to all.
Thank you for your kind words. We will pass on your thanks to the carers and truly appreciate the feedback.
I find them very good and friendly.
The carers are extremely caring, polite, friendly and helpful.
With the help of Manorcourt, my husband has managed to live at home. Whilst I am able to continue overseeing his medication at the moment, our family is confident that the carers could take charge of this if I was ever too indisposed to cope, as they could also make sure he had something to eat. As one would expect, your most experienced carers are more thorough with early morning washing. Those still learning are always very willing if we think they have overlooked anything.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. We are happy that you feel we provide a good service and our carers are always willing to learn to improve standards.
Manorcourt Homecare have been visiting my Mum since the beginning of April 2020. We are very pleased with their staff who are very helpful and kind in everything they do to help Mum each day. Keep up the good work.
I find the staff kind, caring and thoughtful. They aim to please and I think we have a very good team leader who works hard. He is very likeable and easy to get on with.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review. I will share your feedback with my team.
My carers are very polite. They do a lovely job, they are very kind to my husband and kind to me too. I have no concerns regarding my carers. They do a lovely job and are very helpful to us both.
All the staff who come to me treat me with respect and dignity.
They always take their time and it is never any trouble for them to support me with anything.
I am happy with my care but would prefer a later lunch call.
I am very happy with the care service I receive. Thank you.
After a couple of really quite bad experiences at the hands of other care providers, we were fortunate to be put into the hands of Manorcourtn Homecare. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My Mum suffers from mild dementia and is completely immobile and since Manorcourt have taken over her care I can see a real change for the better in her. The carers are friendly, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and always ready to have a laugh with my Mum. If we have any kind of issue, a call to the office is all it takes to sort it out. Having experienced the unacceptable side of adult care, I am pleased and relieved to now be with Manorcourt Homecare and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're looking for someone to care for your loved one.

To be good in your role Anne-Marie believes you need to be a good communicator, have a good rapport with all, empathy and respect.
Anne-Marie enjoys all the arts of her day; dealing with challenges and resolving issues is rewarding.
The biggest professional challenge in her current role was being able to turn around an area which was struggling and her biggest career highlight to date was being nominated and selected as a finalist for the carers award and the Groups Star Awards in 2018.
Qualities that make a good home manager are being someone with good organisational skills, and showing respect and empathy towards all staff and service users. To be non-judgmental and not influence your own personal beliefs on others. To lead and guide, not to pressure and demand.
Anne-Marie is looking forward to improving the quality and turnover.
Outside of work, Anne-Marie likes walking her dog on the beach and woodlands with my husband, embarrassing her grandchildren and eating out with friends.
