Manorcourt Homecare have been visiting my Mum since the beginning of April 2020. We are very pleased with their staff who are very helpful and kind in everything they do to help Mum each day. Keep up the good work.

I find the staff kind, caring and thoughtful. They aim to please and I think we have a very good team leader who works hard. He is very likeable and easy to get on with.

My carers are very polite. They do a lovely job, they are very kind to my husband and kind to me too. I have no concerns regarding my carers. They do a lovely job and are very helpful to us both.

I am happy with the service provided and couldn't be happier with how my care is being handled by both the office staff and carers.
All the staff who come to me treat me with respect and dignity.
They always take their time and it is never any trouble for them to support me with anything.

After a couple of really quite bad experiences at the hands of other care providers, we were fortunate to be put into the hands of Manorcourtn Homecare. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My Mum suffers from mild dementia and is completely immobile and since Manorcourt have taken over her care I
can see a real change for the better in her. The carers are friendly, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and always ready to have a laugh with my Mum. If we have any kind of issue, a call to the office is all it takes to sort it out. Having experienced the unacceptable side of adult care, I am pleased and relieved to now be with Manorcourt Homecare and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're looking for someone to care for your loved one.

We were pleased to receive help from the Manorcourt Team. My husband hasn't minded them. The only trouble I have found is at time times, they were a bit later than the stated time, which I suppose couldn't be helped.

We have found staff helpful, friendly and caring.


We have experienced calls too late and too early eg 3.45 tea call, and morning calls 9.30 am - 10.00 am plus.


Overall we are happy with the dedication of staff and care, and would recommend to others.

Anne-Marie Brown

Job Title: Branch Manager Joined: 2016

Anne-Marie has completed her NVQ 5 in Health & Social Care. She started working at Manorcourt Homecare in 2016 and prior to joining the company was a Senior Care Co-ordinator.
To be good in your role Anne-Marie believes you need to be a good communicator, have a good rapport with all, empathy and respect.
Anne-Marie enjoys all the arts of her day; dealing with challenges and resolving issues is rewarding.
The biggest professional challenge in her current role was being able to turn around an area which was struggling and her biggest career highlight to date was being nominated and selected as a finalist for the carers award and the Groups Star Awards in 2018.
Qualities that make a good home manager are being someone with good organisational skills, and showing respect and empathy towards all staff and service users. To be non-judgmental and not influence your own personal beliefs on others. To lead and guide, not to pressure and demand.
Anne-Marie is looking forward to improving the quality and turnover.
Outside of work, Anne-Marie likes walking her dog on the beach and woodlands with my husband, embarrassing her grandchildren and eating out with friends.
