The service is very good, the carers are very polite and caring.
As a very private person, when I first needed personal care, I was very apprehensive. However, from the outset, the care I received dispelled all my anxieties. I have always had excellent, courteous and sensitive care from friendly, responsive carers. Dealing with my quirks and limitations has always been undertaken with good nature and great care. Staff in the office have always been very responsive and attentive to any issues that may arise. Notably, when an emergency has arisen in the past, all efforts have been made to meet my needs. As a self funding client, I believe Caremark offer excellent value for money.

My carers are very good, they make me feel safe. All my needs are met to a high standard. Nothing is too much for my carers. Most of the carers have become like family.

Excellent support from carer assistants, who help my wife with having a shower or bath and getting changed afterwards, as my wife has a condition where she has problems with her balance etc. Also makes sure my wife takes her medication and is comfortable before they leave.

We have been very pleased with the quality of provision and communication with the office has always been pleasant and productive. As my mother's needs have increased with age, Caremark have responded very positively and pleasingly. Without Caremark, I believe my mother could not stay in her own home and for that we are immensely grateful.

The carers know me and my needs and if there is ever a problem with a carer the office will always try to accommodate me and support me. The office is always approachable, I am very happy being with Caremark. I'm not always the easiest service user with my health conditions, we work as a team and I'm appreciative of this.

I don't know how to start, I'm so much a different person because of my care, before I was so depressed about my health and how I couldn't do the things in life that I used to find simple I just couldn't do anymore and it made me so angry. But now I want to get up in the morning because I feel like there's something to get up for. It was like I'd been given new arms and legs, it really was. I feel encouraged when I manage to do things I struggle with, and then the next time I can't do it then my carers will. The carers always go above and beyond to make me feel good about myself.

You know my experience and I won’t stop until you become professional. Have looked at your CQC. It’s had a diabolical report and you clearly need to address issues I have already raised with you. I am going to resolve this matter between you and the social services department and would like answers to the questions put forward instead of being fobbed off. I'm so happy with the team. They have tried their best to work with me and my mom. The staff are amazing and, from the manager coming on board, everything has gotten much better. I'm so grateful and enjoying the care and looking after of my mom and I appreciate everything.
