Carers take the trouble to ask me how I want things done, are always cheerful and we have a laugh every day. The jobs they do are a great help and I feel safe when they are here.

I don't know how to start, I'm so much a different person because of my care, before I was so depressed about my health and how I couldn't do the things in life that I used to find simple I just couldn't do anymore and it made me so angry. But now I want to get up in the morning because I feel like
there's something to get up for. It was like I'd been given new arms and legs, it really was. I feel encouraged when I manage to do things I struggle with, and then the next time I can't do it then my carers will. The carers always go above and beyond to make me feel good about myself.

You know my experience and I won’t stop until you become professional. Have looked at your CQC. It’s had a diabolical report and you clearly need to address issues I have already raised with you. I am going to resolve this matter between you and the social services department and would like answers
to the questions put forward instead of being fobbed off. Still awaiting a call from the Managing Director.

It was hard at first getting a balance regarding certain office staff and getting different carers all the time when I suffer with PTSD, anxiety and panic attacks. It is better now and I am listened to more, which helps me and my needs. I just wish all staff were kind and like this.

The carers that looked after my father-in-law were very professional and caring and enabled us to keep him in his own home Their timekeeping was excellent and their humour and attention to detail made my father-in-law feel safe and secure and we as a family were kept informed which was invaluable as
