Overall, girls are lovely but time-wise not very good.

The carers are very good.

It was hard at first getting a balance regarding certain office staff and getting different carers all the time when I suffer with PTSD, anxiety and panic attacks. It is better now and I am listened to more, which helps me and my needs. I just wish all staff were kind and like this.

Very satisfied overall. The staff are pleasant and they are very good in the way they care for my relative. They always treat him with kindness and dignity. They are very good in the home they treat all things well and clear up after the visits. Very happy.

I am not around when the carer comes to sort my mother, therefore can only go by what I hear, rather than first-hand knowledge. I have been very pleased and reassured by the quality of the care provided by Caremark. My mother seems settled, whenever I visit.

The carers that looked after my father-in-law were very professional and caring and enabled us to keep him in his own home Their timekeeping was excellent and their humour and attention to detail made my father-in-law feel safe and secure and we as a family were kept informed which was invaluable as we live a little distance away.

I had carers for 6 months for my husband - they were all extremely good and to be highly recommended. Particular thanks to those in the office and the carers at the time who, when the crisis came in early July, went above and beyond to make sure we had sufficient care for my husband. My thanks to everyone involved in my husband's care.

I am very pleased with this care agency, my daughter is a young woman with complex medical needs and has been using Caremark for a few months now. They are extremely reliable, nothing phases them, they just come and work seamlessly with my daughter's main carers. They are cheerful, adaptable and cope well with the unexpected. When my daughter had an emergency admission to hospital recently, the manager took time to call me and check how she was progressing and kept in touch in readiness for discharge arrangements. So overall an efficient but caring service. So thanks and well done!

Caremark were very reliable. They were able to provide whatever service was required and staff were trained, if not already trained.

The care staff were punctual. Their care of my Mother was warm and compassionate. They at all times treated her with respect and dignity. Their service was invaluable.

Majority of the care is OK although some carers do not have all the knowledge needed (unable to deal with catheters for instance). Liaison between client and office isn't very good Not informed if changes to the schedule are made.

This service has always been good but over the last few months when I have been taken ill it has been excellent. The carers that are coming to me at the moment are outstanding. I would recommend this care company to anyone. Absolutely excellent.

The only issue is with times as my relative does not like getting up at 7.00am. Staff very kind and contact with others important as my relative does not leave the house. Staff have always carried out tasks requested and given me (carer) support. Thank you.

The girls are very obliging and very good to me personally.

Some of the carers are great but the office staff need to listen more with my mental illness to understand me.

I wish to say the ladies who care for me are nice, very helpful and friendly. So all in all, I am satisfied with things.

I am very happy with my care, my carer always puts my concerns first and always tries to do everything and beyond to please me. My carer is very patient with me at all times. She will always go out of her way to help me. She also encourages me to carry on.
