Huge thank you to Altonian Care, they looked after my mum in law with dignity and respect. They were also a great support to myself and my family, always ready to answer any questions you may have regarding her welfare nothing was too much trouble. Once again thank you.

Been with this agency for roughly four years now. All carers and office staff are polite and courteous. My care plan is regularly reviewed and I have an allocated key worker who I have meetings with. It gives me the chance to discuss any concerns with my care. The office staff inform me of any changes
in times with my rota either by telephone or text message which is fantastic. They try and work visit times convenient to me so I'm not inconvenienced. Allowing me to plan my day.

The service here is excellent. My carers always turn up if sometimes late. I understand the problems of running this service and managing with staff sickness and holidays.

Our service could do with some 'fine tuning' as we don't always have any 'backup' when our regular carers are sick or on holiday.
They have also been taken out when they are short staffed which then leaves my Mother to do the work.
