Have found the carers to be caring and considerate. My mother is not easy to deal with, and can be irritable and rude, but they take it in their stride. She can be depressing, as she continually talks about death! but they deal with the problems politely, and occasionally with humour.

Nirmal is an MBA-qualified Management Consultant, with over 25 years experience in Banking and Finance prior to joining Caremark. He oversees Finance, Corporate Governance, and Business Strategy.

Gabriela Lar Job Title: Care Manager Joined: 2017
Gabriela Lar

As a Care Manager, Gabby is passionate about delivering high-quality care. Gabby has successfully completed NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

Gabby joined Caremark in 2017 as a Care Support Worker and worked her way up to become a Care Quality Leader, Field care supervisor and later a Care Manager in March 2024.

Gabby thrives on providing high-quality service to our customers and feels honoured to be part of a company which shares the same values and passion for care that she has.

Louise Swift Job Title: Field Care Supervisor Joined: 2018
Louise Swift
