Caremark is a good care agency. Since the referral and assessment, everything I asked them for my son is taken into consideration. Carer are lovely always have a smile on their face. They listen to my advice towards my son's care and provide excellent care. It is easy to reach out to the office staff as well. They are friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a care agency for their loved ones.

I am very pleased with the care my mum receives. The staff are very helpful in all ways. They keep me and my brother well informed about any concerning matters. They are all very friendly, helpful and very caring and me and my brother feel my mum is being looked after and cared for very well.

The live-in care for my mother was arranged quickly and efficiently. The quality of care provided has been extremely high. Issues with my mother's eating have been dealt with very sensitively and also with plenty of encouragement. Her personal needs have also been managed very carefully and with dignity. Monitoring of the environment and the quality of care given has been very thorough. Overall the service we have received and are continuing to receive has been very impressive.

My first experience of being cared for. The carers have been excellent and worked hard to ensure my wellbeing and meet all my needs. They have always been very patient and caring. Generally, they have been very punctual and always willing to listen and support me. It has been very nice to feel that they have all cared and that is without exception. They have also been very sensitive to what I find embarrassing situations.
We are pleased and express sincere thanks for all care given to Dad with professionalism and compassion over the last two years. Live in care support allowed Dad to remain at home with his own surroundings, which was a great comfort to the end. The carers gave happy memories and shared paintings, drawings, singing, and time in the garden. They are part of our family.

Nirmal is an MBA-qualified Management Consultant, with over 25 years experience in Banking and Finance prior to joining Caremark. He oversees Finance, Corporate Governance, and Business Strategy.
As a Care Manager, Gabby is passionate about delivering high-quality care. Gabby has successfully completed NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
Gabby joined Caremark in 2017 as a Care Support Worker and worked her way up to become a Care Quality Leader, Field care supervisor and later a Care Manager in March 2024.
Gabby thrives on providing high-quality service to our customers and feels honoured to be part of a company which shares the same values and passion for care that she has.
Louise began her career in the care industry as a Care assistant, quickly demonstrating her dedication and skill. Her hard work and commitment led to her promotion to Field Care Supervisor.
In November 2018, Louise joined Caremark, where she continues to excel in her role.
Louise holds NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, reflecting her extensive knowledge and expertise. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, and going on holidays.
Florin began his career as a Military Police Officer in the Army before transitioning to the care sector in 2017 as a Care Assistant with another company.
In 2021, he joined Caremark as a Care Assistant and was quickly promoted to Care Quality Leader and then to Field Care Supervisor.
Florin enjoys working with both adults and children, and his sense of humour helps him build strong relationships with clients and carers alike.
Melissa joined Caremark in late 2018 as a Care Assistant.
She left in 2019 due to personal reasons but always maintained a soft spot for the organisation.
While working with another agency, Melissa successfully completed her NVQ Level 3. In March 2024, she re-joined Caremark as a Care Coordinator.
Melissa enjoys collaborating with both the office team and the care team. Outside of work, she loves socializing and has a passion for horse riding.
Sophie, our dedicated care Coordinator brings a wealth of experience and compassion to our team.
Starting her career as a child care practitioner, Sophie developed a strong foundation in understanding the unique needs of children and families.
With a keen eye for detail and a heart for service, Sophie has seamlessly transitioned into the role of Care Coordinator, where she continues to make a significant impact.
Sophie works tirelessly to ensure that every individual receives personalised attention and care to meet their specific needs.
Indi, our Hr & Marketing Assistant, whose journey in the care industry began in 2011. Starting as a Care Assistant with another company.
Indi joined Caremark in 2019 bringing her expertise and passion for caregiving to our team. Her hard work and commitment led to her progression into office roles and to becoming an HR & Marketing Assistant at Caremark.
