The best thing we did was move to Caremark with Nan. Would recommend your services to everyone who needs care as you treat Nan with such dignity and don't think she is old like other companies. You treat her as if she was part of your family.

Care provided by Caremark is a welcome relief after two years nightmarish experience of care for mother (who has an age-related dementia) with another care agency. On the initial visit, the field administrator noted in detail the needs of my mother. The next day the team coordinator introduced herself and one of the carers who will work with mother. The main carer is brilliant. She is very professional, softly spoken and punctual. She has been dealing with mother compassionately and with lots of patience. I have nothing but praise for the company and their carers. They have relieved me of great stress and anxiety of not knowing who was coming and at what time.

Gabriela Lar Job Title: Care Manager Joined: 2017
Gabriela Lar

As a Care Manager, Gabby is passionate about delivering high-quality care. Gabby has successfully completed NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

Gabby joined Caremark in 2017 as a Care Support Worker and worked her way up to become a Care Quality Leader, Field care supervisor and later a Care Manager in March 2024.

Gabby thrives on providing high-quality service to our customers and feels honoured to be part of a company which shares the same values and passion for care that she has.

Louise Swift

Florin Simbotin

Florin began his career as a Military Police Officer in the Army before transitioning to the care sector in 2017 as a Care Assistant with another company.

In 2021, he joined Caremark as a Care Assistant and was quickly promoted to Care Quality Leader and then to Field Care Supervisor.

Florin enjoys working with both adults and children, and his sense of humour helps him build strong relationships with clients and carers alike.

Melissa Hewette

Melissa joined Caremark in late 2018 as a Care Assistant.

She left in 2019 due to personal reasons but always maintained a soft spot for the organisation.

While working with another agency, Melissa successfully completed her NVQ Level 3. In March 2024, she re-joined Caremark as a Care Coordinator.

Melissa enjoys collaborating with both the office team and the care team. Outside of work, she loves socializing and has a passion for horse riding.
