Caremark Three Rivers & Chiltern provides high-quality home care and live-in care to adults throughout Three Rivers, Chiltern, Amersham, Rickmansworth and Chesham.

Fully trained staff provide anything from a few hours care a week to full-time live-in care.

They provide support to adults of any age or children who need some assistance to continue living at home safely and comfortably. This could include older adults, individuals with dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, those requiring support after a stay in hospital or those requiring end-of-life care.

It can provide anything from a few hours home care a week to full-time, live-in care.

Support could include help getting up and dressed, help with personal hygiene, assistance with medication, meal preparation, housework, shopping, assistance getting to appointments (such as to the GP or hospital) and companionship.

A field care supervisor will monitor your care package to ensure the highest standards are maintained, and provide a 24-hour emergency on-call service for customers.

We are so pleased with Caremark. The Carers are so polite and caring and have my husbands best interest at heart. The Duty Manager is always responsive when we need help or have any questions.

Care provided by Caremark is a welcome relief after two years nightmarish experience of care for mother (who has an age-related dementia) with another care agency. On the initial visit, the field administrator noted in detail the needs of my mother. The next day the team coordinator introduced herself
and one of the carers who will work with mother. The main carer is brilliant. She is very professional, softly spoken and punctual. She has been dealing with mother compassionately and with lots of patience. I have nothing but praise for the company and their carers. They have relieved me of great stress and anxiety of not knowing who was coming and at what time.
