Nirmal is an MBA-qualified Management Consultant, with over 25 years experience in Banking and Finance prior to joining Caremark. He oversees Finance, Corporate Governance, and Business Strategy.
As a Care Manager, Gabby is passionate about delivering high-quality care. Gabby has successfully completed NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
Gabby joined Caremark in 2017 as a Care Support Worker and worked her way up to become a Care Quality Leader, Field care supervisor and later a Care Manager in March 2024.
Gabby thrives on providing high-quality service to our customers and feels honoured to be part of a company which shares the same values and passion for care that she has.
Louise began her career in the care industry as a Care assistant, quickly demonstrating her dedication and skill. Her hard work and commitment led to her promotion to Field Care Supervisor.
In November 2018, Louise joined Caremark, where she continues to excel in her role.
Louise holds NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, reflecting her extensive knowledge and expertise. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, and going on holidays.
Florin began his career as a Military Police Officer in the Army before transitioning to the care sector in 2017 as a Care Assistant with another company.
In 2021, he joined Caremark as a Care Assistant and was quickly promoted to Care Quality Leader and then to Field Care Supervisor.
Florin enjoys working with both adults and children, and his sense of humour helps him build strong relationships with clients and carers alike.
Melissa joined Caremark in late 2018 as a Care Assistant.
She left in 2019 due to personal reasons but always maintained a soft spot for the organisation.
While working with another agency, Melissa successfully completed her NVQ Level 3. In March 2024, she re-joined Caremark as a Care Coordinator.
Melissa enjoys collaborating with both the office team and the care team. Outside of work, she loves socializing and has a passion for horse riding.
Sophie, our dedicated care Coordinator brings a wealth of experience and compassion to our team.
Starting her career as a child care practitioner, Sophie developed a strong foundation in understanding the unique needs of children and families.
With a keen eye for detail and a heart for service, Sophie has seamlessly transitioned into the role of Care Coordinator, where she continues to make a significant impact.
