I needed 24-hour care at home for one week for my aged mother as she did not want respite care whilst I was on holiday. I found the agency online, communication and meetings were good with the manager and a care package was put in place. Carers were introduced to my mother prior to placement. My mother felt that she was "well looked after" throughout the week and enjoyed being taken out of the house on small visits to shops, lunch, friends, lunch club and meetings so that she felt in touch with friends and her normal activities were not interrupted. The care gave me 'peace of mind' to enjoy my holiday and a well-earned break. I would certainly (if required) use this service again and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

I approached Clarriots Care as we needed emergency overnight care for our mother, I was extremely satisfied with their service provided. The carer arrived on time and was extremely polite and respectful to our mother.

Further care was needed at a later date and this was also provided with no fuss.

After struggling with illness and being unable to care for herself in the short term, and work commitments not allowing me to spend more time with mother, I opted to employ the services of Clarriots Care to assist. Clarriots assessed mothers needs in her own home and environment before agreeing on a plan that was geared around her needs. They provided care services with a dedicated member of staff who was a constant and familiar face, who was courteous, punctual and treated Mom with dignity and also encouraged her to help herself. This was paramount in the speedy rehabilitation. Clarriots have been nothing short of wonderful, the staff and management have been excellent in every way. Should I ever have the need to call on care services again Clarriots would be the only call to make.

Having worked with care agencies in my professional life, I am now in the position of needing to have care for my elderly aunt. I am impressed by the person-centred approach of Clarriots Care and the holistic way they deliver the care required. My aunt was very unsure about having carers but is now very comfortable and happy with her carer. The care delivered is to a very high standard and the flexible approach of the agency is most welcoming. I recently needed extra care at short notice and this was undertaken smoothly and fitted in well with my needs. I highly recommend this agency.

My carer was with me for eight weeks and was a delight to have around - she took me shopping regularly and helped me with all the cleaning etc. I cannot speak too highly of her.

Things were getting difficult with mum with her short term memory and lack of ability to care for herself was failing. I was unable to manage my full time job and care for her every need. Clarriots Care were my blessing they took the pressure away from me and made mums final days joyful for us all as mum was so well cared for that she no longer felt like a burden to us. I will be forever grateful to Clarriots Care for the kind carer that was with my mum from day one so she felt so comfortable and relaxed in her own environment. The Manager was so attentive and kept in touch and made everyone of us feel part of my mums days, she was a remarkable lady, she was so professional but also caring beyond her call of duty.

We selected this Care Agency in 2016 after our Mum had been hospitalised following a fall. She was also suffering from early stages of vascular dementia but wanted to stay in her own home. The Agency took great trouble to professionally assess Mum's needs and provided carers who developed a consistent and empathetic relationship with Mum which helped to build her confidence in the support that she needed and which was well delivered. Sadly we lost Mum in January 2017 but the carers always went "the extra mile" to ensure that Mum got as much support as possible, and although she was a proud lady who liked to maintain her independence we know that she did appreciate the service that she received. If you are looking for an Agency that offers personalised care that you can really rely on, look no further!

I have been very impressed with the two carers for my father. They were lovely to him and he was very happy with them. They did a very professional job, nothing was too much trouble and they looked for any work that might need doing without having to ask. The girls were only with him for a short time but I had peace of mind. Overall a very professional, caring service. Highly recommended. A tad expensive but you get what you pay for.

Staff are all pleasant and competent.

We as a family are happy with how things are going with the care of my father. He seems happy with how things are going. They are always on time and if there are any problems, the carer will phone me. I would tell other people about Clarriots Care (Coventry) in fact, I have! They are a good company.

The carer and the local manager could not have been more helpful nor more flexible in supporting my parents over the last couple of months. They have been reliable and nothing has been too big a problem. My parents have spoken very highly of them. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

On leaving the hospital and living alone I needed care but didn't know where to go. I'd had poor service previously with social services so they were out. I called Clarriots and was impressed by their caring and prompt attitude e.g. they could start within 48 hours. Whereas other companies were quoting 7-10 days. The supervisor came with the carer on the first night and helped to show her where everything was. Afterwards, the carer was always on time and there were only 2 carers so they both knew the house layout and could easily prepare a nice meal. The fact that Clarriots is not a massive company certainly helps to create a personal situation, whereby the managers know clients individually. Excellent company.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude, thanks and appreciation for the attention of care given by your company to my friend before he sadly passed away. I wish to draw attention to one special carer. She went beyond her duties to ensure the level of care and comfort given to him was without compromise even in the last few hours of his life, it was this carer that noticed his deterioration and made the necessary arrangements to have him assessed. I would definitely recommend your company to anybody looking for care for their loved ones.

Initially, I involved Clarriots Care to visit my mother twice a week to do the tasks I would normally do (organising meals, emptying bins, having a chat, making a cup of tea etc) so it would free me from having to attend her every day. This was performed, by the same person, very well and it was nice for my mother to see a familiar friendly face, particularly as too many new faces confuse her. As this was going well, I asked to up the visits to 3X a day, temporarily, so I could go away on holiday for a week and to know that my mother was being checked on regularly. To my relief, this went very well, with no hitches, and, again, the same person came in to see her on every occasion. It's a lovely feeling to realise that you can leave your aged relative and know they will be cared for when you involve such a reliable service. I'm looking forward to doing it again!

It has been nothing short, of a life changing experience having Clarriots Care as our new care provider, I have experienced problems with other providers so having your team come into our life is an amazing experience.

The manager understood the importance of pairing the right carer for my Mother, and what a fantastic lady carer we have, Mothers carer is amazing, I say carer its like having a family member coming into our home, our gratitude can not be expressed enough, it can seem like an invasion having carers coming into your home (well that's what it was like with the previous provider) but Mother so looks forward to seeing her carer every day (yes every day the same carer which is so important for familiarity) If a new carer is assigned Clarriots discuss and introduce to you beforehand (this was a big problem with the previous provider no consistency no discussion)

We feel we are so lucky to have found Clarriots, Yes we are paying for this service.

The service that Clarriots Coventry put in place for my mother, was done in a very sympathetic and professional manner, and the team put in place the arrangements very quickly, to meet our pressing requirements.

Clarriots resolved a slight concern over the contractual commitment, putting my mind at ease that they have my mother's best interests at heart.

The carer who visits my mother daily is very reliable, trustworthy and has become a good companion for my mother. She administers medication, ensures that she has eaten properly, takes my mother to the shops and helps her around the house.

Friendly, reliable service. The care my mother is receiving is impeccable. The carers not only listen to my mothers requirements, they actually encourage her to improve her quality of life, in the short time we have been with our agency, we as a family are finally able to relax safe in the knowledge our mum's in safe hands. Previous agencies that we have used have failed miserably in their efforts to care for our loved one. Our mum has not only got a superb care package in operation now she has found a new friend and I for one will be promoting Clarriots Care to anyone who needs proper and professional care for people in need!

Clarriots have been amazing from start to finish since my Gran has been with them.

In a short space of time, I am finally comfortable knowing she is being looked after and has the company she craved.
