My carers are exceptional and very caring. When I am not well they stay with me making sure I am alright before leaving. I feel very safe in my own home and couldn't ask for a better group of carers looking after me!

Overall excellent service from Clarriots Care (Coventry) - the quality of care and service is very good. My mum has hugely benefited from the wide range of services that are offered and the quality of care has ensured mum has started to regain her independence.

I thought that the carers handled a somewhat difficult client (my husband) very well. There was one morning in particular when the carer concerned managed the situation calmly and effectively. They were all very pleasant and showed initiative.

We contacted Clarriotts Care (Coventry) and arranged a meeting at mum's house with the manager and team coordinator - We had an open discussion about mum's care needs and what she was important to her- Clarriots Care (Coventry) are very mindful of all aspects of care not only physical but mental as well.

We've experienced a difficult and high pressured time trying to care for my mum for the last 4 years between myself and my sisters. Upon recommendation from a friend we contacted Clarriots Care and from our first point of contact my sisters, my mother and I were treated with the utmost respect and our worries began to lift. The preparations to put together a package of care for my mum was extremely thorough, individualised and a comfort to my family. My sisters and I feel as though the team were looking after us, just as much as my mum by liasing with all of us to ensure the best care is provided for my mum. Since the carers have been visiting my mum, the pressure has lifted from us and mum very much enjoys the support and company of her new carers. Thank you Clarriots!

Clarriots Care have been a huge support to my mum and aunties since providing excellent care to my nan in January. My nan is 88 years old and my mum and aunties have been caring for her for the last 4 years since her health has slowly deteriorated. Clarriots Care was recommended to our family by a friend and it is such a comfort and reassurance to know my lovely nan is being cared for by people where nothing is too much trouble. I know my nan is enjoying seeing new faces and having trained professionals to support her isn't only great for my nan but also a huge worry relieved for my family. My nan has been independent for as long as she can be and I know keeping her privacy was a concern for her, however, the carers are so kind and compassionate and they adapt themselves to fit my nan's routine ensuring complete person-centred care. I couldn't recommend them enough!

A great tailor-made service from carers who really do care. It was everything I had hoped for, perfect post-operative care.

I needed 24-hour care at home for one week for my aged mother as she did not want respite care whilst I was on holiday. I found the agency online, communication and meetings were good with the manager and a care package was put in place. Carers were introduced to my mother prior to placement. My mother felt that she was "well looked after" throughout the week and enjoyed being taken out of the house on small visits to shops, lunch, friends, lunch club and meetings so that she felt in touch with friends and her normal activities were not interrupted. The care gave me 'peace of mind' to enjoy my holiday and a well-earned break. I would certainly (if required) use this service again and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

I approached Clarriots Care as we needed emergency overnight care for our mother, I was extremely satisfied with their service provided. The carer arrived on time and was extremely polite and respectful to our mother.

Further care was needed at a later date and this was also provided with no fuss.
