Our costs for our care are dependent on an in-home assessment of an individual’s needs and wishes. We can offer support in the home from few hours a day through to a full live-in package.


Most of the visiting care is charged at an hourly rate, with live-in care quoted on either a daily rate or a period of few weeks. We can discuss the level of care that is right for you and whether the cost of home care is financially sustainable for you and your family. We’ll care for your finance too.

Timing of visits often running late. Standard of care/concern good.

I am sorry at times we have run late and we don't envisage to always run late but at times unprecedented circumstances such as road traffic, previous clients needing further emergency support etc.
We are working on having stand-by carers to stand in on emergencies for when we can't send carers on time.

We could not have wished for better care and support. All of Esteemed staff were wonderfully easy to deal with and very considerate of our needs and situation. We have been using the services of Esteemed Life Care to provide live-in care for my father since October 2021. We have been delighted with the service provided, everyone from the carers, to the rota team and the accounts department have been excellent to deal with. We have been kept well informed at
all times. The standard of the carers has been extremely high. They are well trained and very kind.

I would not hesitate to recommend this care provider and their excellent staff. I have experienced only competent, pleasant carers throughout, who somehow manage to remain cheerful when tackling sometimes the most unpleasant of tasks. They are to be congratulated on their patience.

I feel very lucky to have two particular carers to care for my husband. They take all the worry off my shoulders. I am on oxygen 24/7 myself, and they are brilliant. There are things I can't do myself; they take the guilt away. I am privileged.

Esteemed Life Care (ELC) have been providing live-in care and support to my parents for five months. April 2021 is still fairly early in our relationship and represents the point where a steady-state has been achieved after a complex settling-in period. We are very pleased how ELC have worked with the
family to provide regular support for both of my parents; including live-in, night-time and visiting carers. All of the care staff really want to look after their clients which is great. My parents benefit from continuing to live in their own home, having round-the-clock care and being able to see family visitors. At times we would have welcomed a little more upfront communication from ELC's office support team, but are aware of how they have had to build their care team to cover this complex situation. Overall we have reached a very good situation and look forward to this continuing. Thank you to ELC!

The carers have been very helpful, polite, courteous and very understanding to my mother-in-law's needs. Covid-19 has been difficult but all the carers have been first-rate, extremely diligent, hard-working and cheerful. Everything has been very professional and I am very impressed with the service

This is only our third day of care provided by Esteemed Life Care but already I feel they are the right company for my Aunt's care. Communication with the office setting up the contract has been first class with polite, friendly staff who respond quickly to any queries. It's been wonderful to have the
same lovely carer each day so far who is building up a trusting relationship with my Aunt. I would definitely recommend Esteemed Life Care.

Esteemed Life Care are professional and contactable at all times. Their standards are high and if we have any issues they are dealt with promptly. The personal assistants are enthusiastic and friendly. My dad is encouraged to make his own choices and live independently but with support.

I have previously requested a rota so my mother knows who is attending. This was agreed upon but did not materialise. I have asked for the attendance times to remain constant so my mother does not panic when someone is not there. I was assured I would be called back by the end of the day. This did not
happen. The original times have been changed, causing distress on occasion and duplication when my brother or I are present, we are present daily to cook dinner for 1pm.

Due to the pandemic pressures has caused delays in requests from clients and families. We have now solved this with our online app which informs you of who is coming. A call will be made shortly to invite you. In regards to call times, I can see odd days we were not able to be consistent. I am sorry about this but again with pandemic pressures has not allowed us to be consistent, however, I can see the majority of the other calls have always been consistent. We will always strive to provide the same carer at the same time.
