The carer is a nice person, I like the way she serves me anyway, I like the time punctual.

Following discharge from hospital, my father has been treated with all care, kindness and respect. His dignity has been respected throughout, and we have been made aware of potential problems so that action can be taken to alleviate them.

The young man assigned to care for my father is kind, caring, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He treats my father with dignity and respect, and has been instrumental in enabling my father to regain his mobility and independence. We are most grateful as a family to know the daily visits by the carer are keeping my parents safe and happy. Nothing is too much trouble, and the kindness shown to them both has made a huge difference in their quality of life. Thank you.

Having recently been discharged from the hospital I was informed that I was entitled to a six weeks care package. I was contacted by Esteemed Life Care Coventry who informed me of my start date, my care package has now finished so I would like to congratulate all of my care team on their professionalism and for treating me with dignity and respect at all times. If I needed a care package again I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Esteemed Life Care.
