Esteemed Life Care (ELC) have been providing live-in care and support to my parents for five months. April 2021 is still fairly early in our relationship and represents the point where a steady-state has been achieved after a complex settling-in period. We are very pleased how ELC have worked with the family to provide regular support for both of my parents; including live-in, night-time and visiting carers. All of the care staff really want to look after their clients which is great. My parents benefit from continuing to live in their own home, having round-the-clock care and being able to see family visitors. At times we would have welcomed a little more upfront communication from ELC's office support team, but are aware of how they have had to build their care team to cover this complex situation. Overall we have reached a very good situation and look forward to this continuing. Thank you to ELC!
