We have been using Evergreen Care for over a year now and we're very satisfied with the service they provide.
They have friendly and caring staff, and are always very willing to help with any problems.
The company bosses clearly care about their clients, and it shows!

I learnt about this company from someone else. I am happy with the service I have received, and I hope that as I have to have assistance when I walk as I need a frame, this service will continue.

My father has been cared for by Surecare Barnet for nearly six months now. Before this, he had two other local agencies; both agencies were a constant problem. Since Surecare Barnet took over, all of the previous agency issues have been addressed. The timekeeping is impeccable to a level that if a carer
is going to be even ten minutes late, they will call in advance to apologise. On numerous occasions I find carers staying with my father far longer than they are employed to. I regularly have directors of the agency calling me up to check that all is being done properly and like in the last few days when my father has become ill, they call only to enquire if there is anything they can do.
As an all-round facility I am sure they are second to none; moreover I am so happy that they are there for my Dad to help him and also me to the end of his life.
