Absolutely 1st class service, could not have wished for better. All the staff are so helpful, including Care Staff, field care and office staff nothing is ever too much trouble, fabulous company, thank you all, you got our mum back to how she was before she broke her hip.

With 17 years of experience in the care industry, Lisa's journey with Eleanor Care began in October 2011, starting as a care worker and gradually advancing through various roles such as team leader, field care supervisor, and care manager. Her dedication and expertise led her to the position of registered manager in September 2023.
Lisa's qualifications include NVQ level 3 in Management and NVQ level 5 in Leadership For Health And Social Care.
Her passion for caring shines through her cheerful disposition, always wearing a smile and radiating positivity. Having grown up around care, Lisa finds immense joy in her work, relishing every opportunity to connect with service users.
