We were put in touch with this company by our local NHS Hospital, who were desperate to release dad, but needed to make sure that care was arranged first. They advised that they had no carers available to provide Intermediate Rehab Care, so put forward Jeremy's Care Buddies. They arrived 2 hours late on the first day. The carer had never showered a client before and didn't know how to. He gave dad a wash but didn't want to wash his most important areas. He was then shown how to shower a client by his supervisor and together with the care company manager this ended up with three people in our bathroom in their street shoes. On day two mum got a text message an hour after the agreed care time to advise that the carer would be late. As a result, we cancelled the "service". Avoid.

Careers are very patient and understanding. Feel very comfortable at home due to the excellence of care I recieve every day. Packages are good, lastly, management provides care plans based on individual needs.

Poor inadequate staff damage to the home also. The house was always dirty, the carers dirty, dishes from the night before still on the side. Often in bed on 3 occasions still in bed at 9 am when being called. The catheter bag was incorrectly fitted after emptying and mum was wet in bed because of it. Never get hold of the leader or whatever she is.
