The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.

Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.

We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Overall Experience

Alina Homecare Hemel Hempstead have provided a three-visit per day care service to our elderly relative for well over a year now. I am pleased to say that the service provision and the manner in which it is managed has always met or exceeded expectation. The staff who attend the house are professional, polite, attentive and genuinely caring; the office support is efficient, and the upper management are accessible should they be needed. In an industry with a reasonably high staff turnover, it is worthy of note that in our experience many of the carers are long-standing staff, the benefit of which is longer-term relationships with our relative which in turn promotes a good sense of well-being. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of the manager and her team.

Overall Experience

Management is the main problem in this company because there's a lack of communication, compassion, empathy and understanding! Considering they're running a care company this is a huge problem. The management are very unprofessional and treat their staff and customers appallingly so the good carers leave and so do the customers eventually as it isn't always easy to find another care provider. Quite a few of their customers can't or won't speak out but I was given notice of termination for my care package because I mentioned in a customer questionnaire and head office I find the manager and operations manager unapproachable and asked who to speak to! I was portrayed as awkward and unreasonable but I don't think it's unreasonable to complain about being given food poisoning, having my safety compromised etc.
