So very disappointed with an unprofessionally run company. When you want care at the most vulnerable and fragile moments in one's life, you need assured guarantees that services provided will meet with the basic standards. When untrained carers turn up late or not at all and you have to make provisions yourself to counter this, it is not on. Far from the financial issues burdened on you at a delicate time, it is just basic decency to attend. The manager has quite an aggressive disposition which is not, and shouldn't be, in any way a component of their personality in working in the care sector. Avoid.
