I was thereafter recommended to Malindi Care Services by a friend whose mother had received very good care after she got severe dementia and the family did not want to place her in residential care.
My father was very particular about his care as he seemed to want only members of the family to take care of him.
When I called Malindi Care Services, I was assured of total professionalism which was what we received.
The company staff are reliable, friendly, and they adhere to quality standards. Due to this, my father’s anxiety was taken care of and after one week he was looking forward to his carer without showing any signs of discontent/anxiety which he had done before.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a carer more so if you or your relative are worried/anxious about dealing with carers whom you are not familiar with.
We put my mother under the care of Malindi Care Services when her health deteriorated. We as a family were very happy with the care she received and I must say she was very grateful for the services you provided too. The staff at Malindi Care Services were kind and portrayed respect and professionalism all the times. They always communicated with us which made it easy for the family to see to her well-being throughout. The Staff always worked well with other care giving professionals, enabling her to receive other help and assistance available throughout her care period. I highly recommend anyone looking for care for their loved ones. Thank you very much.
