Then Trafford and CASA had the audacity to send repeated bills for the service they never supplied, and are still sending the bills causing harassment.
Would certainly never recommend them.
I would extremely recommend CASA Manchester because I am treated really well by the nursing staff who attend to my everyday care. They call 4 times a day and are really supportive to me and will sit and talk if I need it and do lots of things like medication and if needed, a meal and a cup of coffee before they go. I am really pleased with the wonderful happiness of them when they come through the door really makes me smile. They make me feel wanted. Thanks very much, CASA for your first class service that you give us and thanks to all the first class carers you send to us, it is well and truly a pleasure having you come to us thank you to all of you.
