There was only a small team we were able to build up a good rapport with them all. They were all friendly, kind and supportive; very caring and thoughtful throughout my husband's end of life care. Very professional and understanding especially on the day he died at home.

Overall Experience
Quay Care Poole has been my mum's care provider for the last five years until my mum sadly passed away recently. The care team has always been very supportive in their duties, going the extra mile, especially through the lockdown period. The management was always helpful and prompt in dealing with matters.

As a family we can not thank Quay Care enough for the service they have provided, we have no hesitation in recommending their care service.

I have found Quay Care (Poole) Ltd very satisfactory. They look after me very well, are friendly, kind and most professional. They have become friends as well as carers. Nothing is too much trouble, especially through lockdown and they have helped with prescriptions, post, changing the bed etc. They have also been very supportive, over the last few weeks, when my husband had to go into a dementia home.

Overall Experience

I am delighted with the care and support given to my uncle. I live 100 miles away and can't be with him as often as I like. Quay Care (Poole) Ltd are an excellent company and my uncle is extremely deaf and doesn't write very much any more but was pleased to take part in the review. He is obviously fond of them and they, in turn, treat him with respect and maintain his dignity. I am so grateful.

We have found the care that Quay Care (Poole) Ltd has provided has been a great support to our sister. Our sister has required help with activities of daily living. The carers have been reliable, professional and sensitive to our sister's needs. This has helped to relieve our sister's anxieties and she has looked upon the carers as her friends. We have appreciated the good communication from Quay Care (Poole) Ltd and found them to be receptive, friendly and supportive.

Quay Care have been excellent for my mum. It was an emergency situation and they responded so quickly to get Mum out of hospital - which was a great relief for me.
