During the pandemic, I was reassured to know that my father had regular visits from the caregivers who ensured he had food, took his medication and had some contact with the outside world.

I have used this company for my father and I would definitely recommend.

The support provided by Right at Home is the only reason we have been able to have my dad live with us as long as we have.

The carers were very professional and friendly. They put my dad at ease from their very first visit and were very attentive. The agency also responded very quickly when extra care was needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They are easy to get on with and we have struck up an excellent relationship. I couldn't wish for better carers. The same carer visiting regularly is a great bonus as it is easy to build up a routine. The management is also competent and well organised. I am really happy with the care and service that Right at Home Reigate & Crawley provide my parents. It's a difficult challenge to navigate care for your parents and their kindness and practical help I find to be invaluable. It also gives them extra connection with people which is good for them both, particularly as contact with the outside world has been so reduced in the past year.

At the end of 2019, Mum needed help getting up in the morning and getting to bed in the evening. The caregivers always arrived in a timely manner and were caring, respectful and friendly. Mum’s care package had to be increased in September 2020, and I worked with the team in the office to agree on the right package for Mum. Right at Home have been timely in their communication, and if there have been any issues, they have dealt with them in a satisfactory manner. I’ve always felt that they have Mum’s best interests at heart.

I contacted Right At Home in July 2020 as I needed help for my wife who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s over ten years ago. The carers have been excellent and fully appreciate and understand my wife’s needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it is extremely pleasing to see my wife relaxed in the carer’s company. Administratively the company have been very efficient, paperwork has been very clear and we have been kept extremely well advised of all developments for the company caused by the virus epidemic. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to others who need caring support for their loved ones.

I felt very well supported. The staff were always on time, and I was always notified about any changes. Their advice was excellent in helping to keep my husband comfortable. His dementia made him a difficult patient, and they never complained always assuring me.

Many of the carers subsequently visited my mother to express their sympathies and offer her their friendship. We were all very touched and feel incredibly lucky to have found Right at Home.

My Wife has complex Physical and Mental Health, and I have spent 18 years trying to find a care company that actually sees those they care for as more than just clients. I could write a book of the horror stories of care companies and the carers over the years that I have had to put up with. I have lost jobs (yes there are times I've had to step in and put the wifes care before my work) and drove myself to the point of exhaustion trying to make up for poor care, appalling medication management etc with a long list of the other care companies in the Surrey area.

This all changed when we found Right at Home, for the first time I managed to have a week of rest two weeks ago with no worries. Just some time for me to have some of my own time and also have some quality time with the wife.

Right at Home genuinely cares, and their carers have the training (which most pay lip service to) and understanding (most just stood and did nothing when my wife had mental health issues) I have looked for.

I have needed care for 18 years due to physical and mental health illness. The main idea of care, in my own opinion, is so that relatives have a complete break when carers are with clients. Unfortunately, over the 18 years, this has not been the case. My husband was still doing major parts of my care to make sure I remained safe. This has taken its toll on him to the point it affected his work. Then I decided one last time to change care company hoping that I find the one to meet all my physical and mental health needs, also my husband not having to do any care when carers are here. On the first day, I was so impressed as the carers came in and just got straight into working without asking me continual questions. Apart from my physical needs being met, my mental health illness has been much more stable. They will help in every way even for my husband who is finally able to get a complete break. I am very glad to say this is the last company I need as all needs are being met. My search is over!

Right at Home have been looking after my mum since she came out of hospital and I have been very happy with them. As a small company, it is a really personal service and the caregivers really go the extra mile in the care that they provide. They have handled everything in their stride and communication to me of any problems is excellent.

From the day we first contacted you last year, we have found that we have been respected and cherished by whoever we have dealt with in any respect. The service has been professional and at no time have we had occasion to complain. Thanks to all, especially at this difficult time.

My parents are both in their late eighties and my father has been cared for by Right at home for approximately two years now. As a family, we have always found the agency to be responsive to his needs, and flexible in their approach. Last September, my mother broke her hip, and I can honestly say we would not have coped without them. Mum has now recovered, but dad's needs continue as he is unable to care for himself, and has a diagnosis of dementia. We have the same carer for most of the time, and this consistent approach is very helpful, especially for dad, as he knows her and allows her to help him. Dads carer is a wonderful person, and I'm sorry I'm not allowed to mention her by name. She is kind and caring and totally trustworthy. She is also very cheerful and I know my mum looks forward to her visits. As a family this has taken so much pressure off us, knowing that our parents are safe and secure. I would also like to add that any administration needed is easy to do.

I first contacted Right at Home Reigate & Crawley to ask for a carer to come to my parents' home twice a day in order to assist with washing, dressing etc. The staff in Right at Home Head Office were kind and efficient, and (unlike other agencies I had approached) were able to provide the service literally within days. Sadly my mother was admitted to hospital the day before the carers were due to start, and subsequently died. As she was the carer for my father, who has dementia and is registered blind, our needs changed dramatically. Again within days, Right at Home adapted to the new situation and provided a live-in carer. The live-in carer has proved to be competent, hard-working, honest, flexible, patient and compassionate, and so too were the daily carers Right at Home provided before she joined our family. I recommend Right at Home Reigate & Crawley without any hesitation or reservation.

Right at Home provided outstanding care and support to my mother during a very difficult period of her life. They were kind, caring and compassionate at all times. My mother enjoyed the company of her visiting carers who provided valuable companionship as well as care. They were knowledgeable about dementia and supported my mother's extensive medication needs, including the requirement for oxygen therapy and non-invasive ventilation. They were always willing to be flexible and adapt to a variety of circumstances, even when unexpected. Nothing was too much trouble. My mother was always at the heart of their attention. They took plenty of time to listen and consider matters and were always willing to look at alternative options and solutions and act quickly. I would thoroughly recommend Right at Home.
