I really cannot fault the team.

For the second time in just over two years, we are immensely grateful to the team for responding so swiftly and impressively to our urgent request for care for our mum on leaving hospital. Everyone we have dealt with has been outstanding and the carers are lovely, thoughtful people. They have made such a difference both for our mother and us. It is great to know they are there.

The office staff are lovely and allow a good level of communication between family, staff and the service user. The staff are all well briefed, kind and helpful.

Your care for my 95-year-old mother has been exemplary. The carer is always cheerful, responsive, professional and of course punctual. She gives of herself and has helped Mum’s confidence and lifted her mood. The management team are superbly organised and adaptive. This is a first-class organisation.

All of the staff I have met, or spoken to by telephone or email, have been just as I would expect – very personable and Caring (with a capital “C”). In my experience Right at Home really does take its profession seriously and am very pleased with them.

A very good agency which takes great care to provide a reliable service specific to our needs. The care workers are of a high standard.

I act as next of kin for my good friend who is now in a care home with dementia. Her condition has seen the emergence of some sporadic but nevertheless troublesome behavioural issues with other residents. A team of professionals identified a need for sensitive and stimulating one to one care. The plan was to enhance my friend's emotional well being and sense of orientation.

I have been so grateful to the personal qualities of Right at Home's carers. They have helped deliver the positive effect wanted and have adapted to working in a Care Home environment. They have proved themselves reliable and, on the couple of occasions where weather has caused a potential blip, their communication has been timely and also open.

Other carer firms were considered but Right at Home were quick to understand the individual nature of their brief and to supply solutions. Privately-funded care does come at a price, so it was gratifying that costs were also competitive.

We have been very happy with the level of service provided by Right At Home. The support programme has been tailored to my parents' needs following a full assessment and interview. The carers have made a big difference to their quality of life and most importantly, allowed them to stay living at home. They are always willing to undertake a variety of tasks and go the extra mile when necessary. They are friendly, patient, flexible and most of all, they genuinely care about my parents' well being. We would highly recommend Right At Home to anyone looking for an organisation to manage the care for their elderly parents during the day.

This agency has been providing carers (2 visits per day) since November 2017 for my wife, who suffers from dementia (diagnosis 2010) and mobility problems. In May this year, she fell here at home and broke an arm. When she returns here next week her care by Right at Home will resume. I cannot speak too highly of the quality of the care provided to her; the carers have all been excellent - courteous but friendly, very kind to her, very skilled and professional in their work with her, very helpful and good humoured. They all like her and she likes them. The agency seems to me to be very well managed.

The managing director and office staff are so efficient. The carers are very helpful and friendly. I the carer is more than 5-10 minutes late (held up by traffic), they ring me to let me know. If a new carer is coming, they are always accompanied the first time by one of the office staff. The carer always asks permission to enter.

I live in an assisted home and I started with help about two months ago for an hour in the mornings which has made life so much easier for me.

Her carer was excellent and treated her with dignity and respect.

I am very pleased with my carer, I don't want anyone else but her.

My helper was very easy to get on with. She often suggested what she could do. Sometimes washing up when she arrived. She usually did something up first, then suggested what she could do next eg sorted some post, dusted, vacuumed the carpet or dusted the shelves or washed the kitchen floor. She seemed to like her job. Once she did some shopping.

After my husband died I felt very alone much of the time, but my help came for an hour in the late afternoon and she made me more 'normal'.

All staff are very caring, professional and capable.
