Overall Experience
I have been with Assured Care for around 7 years and find the level of care provided to be exceptional. I have one designated carer and an additional support team who deal with all aspects of my complex care needs. I am treated respectfully and my well-being and dignity are always a priority. The staff are friendly and have a great sense of humour, yet are entirely professional and experienced at what they do. They are able to keep me calm in a crisis and handle any emergencies swiftly.

They have quite literally saved my life when I fell unwell last year by taking swift action and accompanying me to the hospital ensuring I got the most appropriate treatment from the hospital staff when I was unable to communicate due to illness. I'd highly recommend Assured Care.

Overall Experience

I've used Assured Care for about 10yrs. I'm happy with them - always have been. Their admin could be better but the staff are always caring and respectful.
