I cannot thank Austen Allen Homecare (Dartford) enough for instantly coming to our rescue when my husband was suddenly discharged from hospital with COVID-19.
The assessment was very thorough and he has been extremely happy with the care provided by all of the staff that have been each day, and tbh
cannot praise the admin staff at the Dartford office enough for their efficiency, help and assistance whilst being friendly and reassuring too.
Although we’ve only used the services from the Dartford Office for nearly two months, they are a credit to the Austen Allen Homecare Group and we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring assistance to retain their independence at home.
A huge ‘Thank You’ to you all.

I couldn't have chosen a better company to care for my elderly uncle. The company is professional, friendly and very helpful, even the out-of-hours staff couldn't do more when needed.
The carers are so lovely, they complete their work swiftly and with care and attention. They made my dear uncle so
comfortable and relaxed at a really difficult time.
I would definitely recommend Austen Allen.

After much research, I decided to choose Austen Allen for my mother’s personal care. And I could not have been happier with my choice. All staff I have encountered have been truly professional, kind and caring. My mother was incredibly nervous and resisted the care for some time. But, the wonderful
carers soon put her at ease. She has grown to looking forward to their daily visits and she enjoys the talks with them all. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Any time I ring the office, the communication is quick and swift. I can’t thank Austen Allen enough for all that they have given to my mother. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is need of carers.

After several years of persistent persuasion, my mum finally said yes to some additional help at home. We researched several different options but were taken back by Austen Allen, they were so thorough at our first consultation, and they wanted to know everything so they could give the best care package,
and it's been such a smooth journey. It's been a month now, and the care they have provided for my mum has been life-changing not only for my mum but for me and my dad too. Mum feels more in control of her life, and Dad has less to do for Mum and more free time. The careers can't do enough for Mum and go over and above, and what's more, Mum loves them coming - she is always talking about the girls and what they have done for her, and she is so relieved she hasn't got to keep asking me and Dad for everything and her quality of life has definitely improved, and that was the main goal, so thank you all at Austen Allen - you are priceless.
