I feel happy and satisfied with the service provided and if possible would like to continue with the same carer. Everyday, the carer is always on time and asks how I am, when speaking with me, she has a patient and kind manner. The carer speaks in a respectful way (considerating my wishes). This is very helpful as I I am included and feel listened to. As a new client to this agency, I am pleased with the service from the carer so far. She really knows what she is doing.
