My close friend uses this service to get to and from appointments safely. The girls are all lovely and everyone always goes above and beyond. He has the same lady every week and he would be lost without her. Before he was very isolated and depressed. This service has really improved his quality of life.

I have a son who is 13 and severely autistic. We were told about this agency via our social worker. We only get 4 hours per week respite through the holidays, but it has been worthwhile for us. The two ladies who take my son out are very friendly and he seems to have really enjoyed doing lots of different
activities with them. I would definitely recommend using this service.

Personal Assist have cared for my grandad for the last 12 months. We had been messed around by previous agencies and they have been a godsend. All the carers are fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for their constant support both for my grandad and the family as a whole.
