Please rest assured we do have a stringent non-smoking policy and are happy to look at any issues identified, as we do all we can to ensure our service users receive the standard of care they deserve. We are glad that you are happy with the continuity of your care worker and have checked the times of your calls on our system. We can see they are due at 7.30am each morning and have also checked into the time your care worker arrives. We can confirm that this is within the tolerances set, however, we have asked for them to attend as close to 7.30 as they are able and will monitor this moving forwards to help assist you as much as we can.
