Home Instead (South Lanarkshire)

I have used Home Instead since May 2017 and am delighted with the service provided. My carer could not be more helpful, very obliging, doing all I require with thoughtfulness and care. I look forward to the weekly visits. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone who needs this service.

I cannot recommend Home Instead Senior Care (South Lanarkshire) enough, it has completely changed my mother's outlook on life. My mother has needed care for over 20 years and the quality she receives from Home Instead Senior Care (South Lanarkshire) is the best she's ever had. All dealings I have had with the care manager and owner have been first class - he even personally took the caregiver to my mum's house during really bad snow which shows true dedication and concern for his clients. Home Instead Senior Care (South Lanarkshire) told me they wanted to be better than the rest and they are certainly delivering on that vision. Well done guys!

I have no complaints, the staff are very reliable and treat me with dignity and respect. I enjoy the friendly banter. The caregivers are very friendly and helpful, always showing me consideration and compassion.

I am very happy with my service. I have built up a good relationship with my carer. She respects my privacy and is very reliable. I do not want to have too may caregivers and I really like the continuity that Home Instead Senior Care provides.

I think the service is very good, very reliable and my husband gets on very well with the caregiver. She takes him out some days for coffee, also I enjoy my free time.

I really like the fact they are so flexible and very much person-centred. Tailor made for my needs. My caregiver always takes the time to have a chat with me.
