The carers at Meritum Integrated Care have had such a positive impact on my grans life, and are all so kind and caring. They always go above and beyond for her and treat her with such dignity and respect. I would recommend Meritum to anyone who is looking for care.

All the carers I had were very thoughtful, friendly and kind. I am glad I am more independent, but miss them. As it was like having friends visit.

Meritum have consistently shown a caring, professional and understanding approach to my mother's care. They are flexible, very considerate and are focussed on meeting my mother's individual needs, adapting their care provision accordingly. I am very reassured by, and impressed with, the quality of the care staff and management team. Thank you Meritum for providing such valuable care.

The ladies are always very kind and helpful, they always make sure we don't need anything else. We request they phone before arriving to give me time to get my husband into bed, which they always do. My only complaint would be that the timings are so random one evening call could be at 5pm, the next night it could be 8:30pm. However whenever I have needed their help quickly, they have always been able to help within the hour.

All of the carers we have had come to mum have been very good. There have been a couple that have stood out and have definately gone above and beyond and have been exceptionally amazing. One carer in particular literally saved my mums life and performed CPR. After a stay in hospital we now have mum back home with us thanks to the quick thinking and training from her carer. She is an absolute gem and uses gentleness in getting her washed and dressed. As a family we cannot thank her enough. After coming home mums care needed to be increased and thanks to the whole team this was arranged effortlessly and was in place immediately. Thank you Meritum.

My wife, who was in the last stage of Parkinson's disease, was cared for from January 2025 to August 2025. She had 2 carers 3 times a day. She was cared for with empathy and dignity, and that was when her condition deteriorated.

All the care team are very compassionate and have patience when supporting my father. They communicate well and always ask for consent. They maintain dignity and are very reliable which as a family we always look forward to receiving care from Meritum for our father.

We had never used carers before so when I called through and spoke to the office about my dad's requirements, I honestly felt so reassured. They listened and understood exactly what our needs were. The carers visit my dad every day and we do not have a bad word to say about any of them.

It also gives him peace of mind that someone is on hand when having a shower if he runs into difficulty.

The carer comes for 2 hours and is very good.

I found the service I received is very good. The carers are very helpful and caring. Nothing about them all very kind, will do things above the normal care.

We have been so very pleased with this care company they always respond so quickly & efficiently to our requests. The Carers are just amazing it is so lovely to hear my mum (who has Alzheimer's) laughing away with her regular Carer. I feel so assured my mum is really getting the best care. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Have been having cleaning done my Meritum for a few years. Very friendly, caring company. Office staff also knew who I was when I phoned and the lovely staff member, who came twice a week, did a thorough job and always had a smile on her face.

The service offers efficient and kind care. All carers treat my husband with respect. We have built up a relationship with a couple of carers which is helpful.

I have found your carer goes above the call of duty and does more than she should do, we are very happy with the carer you have supplied and hope to keep her for a long time. My mum is very happy with the care she gets from you.

The carers have been very supportive of my dad, always being kind and considerate. The team have been amazing and a great source to help with general queries and guidance. I cannot thank them enough and glad we have such a great team helping us to support Dad with his independent living.

I have been looked after by Meritum for the past month and am so impressed with them. I get visits every morning to help me wash and dress and to set me up for the day. All the ladies who come to see me are lovely. They really do go the extra mile, are always helpful and cheerful. The lady in the office is also so kind.,

My regular carer brightens my day. We have built a trusting professional and wonderful routine, whereby I have built confidence and trust in her and as a result holistic wellbeing in myself.

She listens to me and encourages me to ask for help when I need it (which I haven't been very good at all my life). I realise now I don't have to go through my palliative care alone. It's wonderful to have someone I can rely on other than family and friends and not to feel I am a burden. She has taught me that I am most important and I am learning to try not to stress and worry about everyone else.

We have interesting talks about all sorts of current affairs, not monotonous boring chit chat, which meets my needs socially.

She praises and encourages me in a way that suits me (without patronising me) and fills my heart with the strength I need to keep going even on my down days, when my prognosis overwhelms me. In short she believes in me as I do myself.

Meritum have been great support when I have needed cover for my parents. I have used Meritum numerous times for cover since August 2024. The office responds quickly and always does the utmost to accommodate my needs, even when it has been last minute. Carers are genuine and care has been consistent throughout. We have had the same carers since I began using Meritum in August 2024 a positive to see a low staff turnover. Thank you for your support, when you're caring for two very elderly parents with complex needs, including severe dementia, it's comforting to know Meritum are there. Thanks Meritum!
