She listens to me and encourages me to ask for help when I need it (which I haven't been very good at all
We have interesting talks about all sorts of current affairs, not monotonous boring chit chat, which meets my needs socially.
She praises and encourages me in a way that suits me (without patronising me) and fills my heart with the strength I need to keep going even on my down days, when my prognosis overwhelms me. In short she believes in me as I do myself.

Thank you for your review. More than 24 hour notice to cancel a call without charge is something we are contractually obliged to operate as part of our agreement with the local authority. This notice provides stability for the staff in terms of pay. We do always look to see if we can't substitute your cancelled call with another client so we won't have to incur this charge, but this is not always possible
