My 95 year old dad had a fall in September. The team took over from rapid response and come in each morning to wash and dress him and apply any creams etc. We as a family very much appreciate their care of him and are extremely satisfied with their service.

1 Homecare supported us with great care and sensitivity and provided that personal touch to make us feel comfortable. They were flexible in providing an amazing service when we felt most vulnerable. I cannot thank the lovely staff enough, who put a smile on my mum's beautiful face every time they came
and spoke so lovely with their gentle words. The care provided was very good and the manager was herself brilliant, as she came and visited us and understood our situation and was always there on hand should we need her. The staff are very friendly and at the same time, so professional. I would like to thank all the 1 Homecare team for being so supportive and providing the care that our mum needed. Nothing was too small to them, they always went that extra bit which we as the family really appreciated. Thank you! There is a lot of care agencies, but this one I would definitely recommend.

This agency is absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate for one second in recommending the carers or the management on how they care for clients. The manager is someone who really cares about her service users needs and always goes above and beyond.
