My carers are good. They look after me well.
I have been using AQT Home Care Services and find them to be very professional and reliable with training staff. I would be happy to recommend to any service user.
AQT look after my Mum for the short period she was at home. The care staff are wonderful. Very caring. Management was very helpful and supportive.
When someone else steps in there is usually one of the normal carers to guide them. They are trustworthy. Dealing with the office is generally easy.
I am provided with good service and care. Good service.
I have been using AQT for the past 3 1/2 months as my care package provided by the borough had come to an end and it wasn't a good experience. The care I now have is outstanding and meets my needs. The carer that tends to me has a bubbly personality, is kind, caring and friendly, spending time chatting and keeping me company whilst getting on with tasks in-hand. It is easy to contact staff at head office. Management are easy to talk to, very helpful and flexible in acting promptly to implement changes to my care needs. From time to time they check if all's going well and give necessary support when required. I am happy and pleased with the care provided by trained and experienced staff.
I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service and I feel very cared for.
They have all been keen to learn new skills as my mother's needs have changed. AQT are very reliable and provide us with consistent carers. We are altogether very happy with the service.
Hi, my review on the care is fine but it could be better. There are things the carers are told to do but don't. My son needs someone who understands and can make him do house skills, personal skills and hygiene and dressing. Also cleaning after himself, making his breakfast and being patient with him. He does not let anyone else talk, but I am glad they are happier with him and he is happy too but could be better.
