Astoria Homecare Ltd has been caring for my friend and it's worrying that most of the male employees are ineffective and do not stay for the required time. I had discussed my concerns with the manager and he was really unaccommodating, shouting abuse at both myself and my friend. I tried to tell him about the carers he is sending but he doesn't listen, he has changed so many nice ones out of the ladies as they are really good workers. I feel as though it is a personal attack on myself since I care so much for my friend and because of how things are so lax with the company. We don't see eye to eye. We have also had items stolen from the flat.
