The manager and her team are second to none. They have react at incredible pace to changes in circumstance for my mum and helped me and my brother navigate the options and possibilities around care. They have operated as a tight unit with the hospice community team and the empathy and support, especially when we are lost as to how to proceed, has been extraordinary. Managing your parents care is a shock to the system - it's not nice and it's really scary. Baxters have mitigated that for my mum and for me in coordination and that has, in spite of the context, been wonderful. I couldn't be more grateful - if all customer service were like this, the world would be a happier and calmer place.

Time keeping was normally very good , if there was a problem I was usually telephoned with the reason.

Paying forward the recommendation I was given to use Baxters. Probably one of the best decisions I made regarding my father's care.

I have been using Baxters Homecare agency for the past five months. I was recuperating from three major operations in the space of twelve weeks following a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. The carers that have been coming to me have assisted immensely with my recovery and have helped me to come to terms with living with cancer. All the carers are extremely professional and respectful. They clearly care with love. They bring joy and positive energy into my home every day. I am very happy with this service.

Very professional teams of carers. Always tell the client what they are about to do and why. Have had poor experiences with carers in the past but these are a cut above and punctual! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and the Owner of the company was very compassionate

Could not thank Baxters Homecare enough for the care that they do for my mother, they show dignity and respect and are always cheerful. It’s nice to know that my sister has got support during the day whilst looking after my mother.

I would have scored higher than five stars if possible. Batters Homecare put the needs, safety and well-being of my partner at the heart of his care. I've felt listened to and always kept abreast of matters in a prompt and compassionate way. The care workers are always well-presented and on time. We had other providers in the past but since Baxters took over in December, my burdens have felt lighter.

This is the first time I have used a service like this. I have been fortunate enough to have been given a team that is five stars. The team of six cannot be faulted, they treat me with compassion, empathy, courtesy, kindness and respect. They also have a great sense of humour which I look forward to every visit. They are punctual and have a professional approach to the job they do. They are also polite and friendly with the rest of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

The care that my husband receives from the team is exemplary. They are always so happy, friendly and compassionate in every way. I had previously been caring for my husband on my own and he was a bit apprehensive about having strangers come in to take care of his personal care. Fast forward two months and they are like part of the family now and always a happy, smiling face. I totally recommend Baxters Homecare in every way.

I visited my sister at home for several months. Within this time she had an excellent carer who looked after my sister with such respect and care. She was delightful to meet and gave the family privacy but also was just there if she could see a fall or any other hazard about to occur. She was a very warm character with a sunny and positive attitude, she really enhanced the last few months of my sister's life at home, before she was admitted to a hospice. The carer was an excellent singer and really entertained us all at times, but sung with my sister and calmed her when she was in need. Thank you for your very kind and cheerful way of working, you made a difficult time much easier for us all. I would really recommend Baxter's Care Agency based on this experience.

Baxters Homecare have been excellent in helping me look after my mum. I couldn't praise them enough always professional at all times. Nothing is too much trouble. Always willing to help. It took me a long time to accept help looking after my mum. I'm so grateful that Baxters Homecare came into our lives. Would highly recommend.
