I am very pleased with the care all my carers are kind caring and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better service. I have been using PCs since 2023. Before that my husband used the services. All my carers are very kind can't do enough for me. Always pleasant and cheerful.

All the carers that come here are 100%. My wife is well cared for and with dignity. Carers are always flexible when I have to take my wife to her appointments. Any problems we have encountered have been dealt with swiftly. Carers are always friendly, chatty and will give you the time of day, without making us feel rushed or as if we are nothing. We feel valued as people.
Thank you very much Ronald for taking the time out and posting a review. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and will be passed on to the team managing your wife's care package. If there is anything else we can help with don't hesitate to contact us.
They have been caring for my Dad for a number of years. We work together to provide the best level of care for my Dad. They know they can contact me for support if needed and I know they will always try to be flexible with any requests I have.
They create a good rapport and interact well with my Dad. They have been working closely with The District Nurses to support the treatment of his pressure sores. He enjoys it when they take the time to sit with him and have their lunch with him.
I also have a good relationship with the Admin Team and if I have any concerns these are acknowledged and addressed. My Dad has 4 visits per day and I call in between these times to ensure he is drinking and has company. He still has a good sense of humour and enjoys banter with the girls. I do give feedback to The Admin Team to ensure their efforts are acknowledged.
Thank you very much for taking the time out and posting a review. We are delighted to read that you and your Dad are happy with the level of service. Your kind words really are appreciated and your feedback will be passed on to the whole team. If there is anything else we can help with don't hesitate to contact us.

From day 1 of being involved with PCS I have been really impressed with the genuine love and care that the team have shown to my mum. Mum was worried about having a care team to support her but now she looks forward to them visiting. The app is really helpful and puts my mind at rest. When I call the team about medication changes they are always friendly and it always feels like nothing is too much trouble for them. I can't recommend them highly enough,
Thank you Louise for taking the time out and posting a review. It's great to hear you find the app helpful and your kind words are greatly appreciated. PCS have stepped in to help our Mum with a twice daily welfare check following two falls and a broken hip in December 2025. The level of care provided by the team are of the highest standard delivered in a highly professional manner. Mums admitted that the visit in the morning is really helping her as she cannot get out anymore and the carer shows her kindness and respect whilst being friendly and sets her up for the day. The level of care provided for now is ideal and the welfare check really is of such support to Mum and us both - thank you for the support and care being extended to Mum.

We was struggling with mum . She has alzheimers/ dementia. We had carers 4 times a day . Mum wouldn't accept the help from carers . We was forced to go every day to feed mum and make sure she was ok . Her now main carer has took a lot of pressure off us . Mum has taken to her and will allow her to assist with almost any care in her home. We are so grateful to her . But must say are very apprensive when she is off . Fully understand she needs time off . Just a great shame that not all the carers can do the same . She's a God send to us and to mum.

My sisters main carer is so lovely. She always greets my sister with a big hug and this makes her feel really loved. They also both loves dogs and always have loads to talk about. They are both really jelled and get on so well. My sister looks forward to seeing her as like a really good friend. Both my other sister and myself are really pleased with her carer and understands my sister really good. I would definitely recommend this person as so nice and very very caring. Not just a job a proper caring person.9

The office staff and the carers are always helpful and friendly, go out of their way to accommodate all our needs and requirements. The carers are generally regular members of staff which is brilliant as they all know exactly what is needed and go over and above to help with all they can.

As a very frail and housebound person she is unable to get out without significant help so the visits from the carers are something she looks forward to.
As her daughter, I have peace of mind that my mum is being looked after by caring, trustworthy people. I also appreciate the daily updates . I can see how mum is and also if there are any concerns. I would have no hesitation in recommending PCS

Mum's carers are - quite simply - her friends. We have been with PCS for many years and they are exemplary - providing a professional service alongside compassion and understanding. I was very apprehensive when my Mum came into care after coming home after Covid and a broken hip. We had an awful experience with my Mum-in-law and another care company in the area she lived in. I really wish she could have had the experience my Mum has had. PCS have stepped-up this year after I had an accident which has kept me home and have given amazing emotional and practical support to Mum. She has had cataract surgery during this time and they have been there with her throughout for appointments and aftercare - this has meant the world to me, as Mum was very apprehensive - but she sailed through the experience with confidence and her carers. The Care Team are also brilliant - very approachable and patient - even if you are in a bit of a flap!

After a fall that put her in hospital that was a real possibility,
Personal Care Services have enabled her to stay in her own home.
The staff that come to the house are always up beat and cheerful when the come through the door,
which is as important as any meds they have to give.
The staff and service they provide is excellent ,
I would recommend PCS to anyone without hesitation

My experience with personal care services has been amazing...mum has dementia and does not go out of the house ..she is a very proud lady 87 yrs old. mum would not take any help in her cleanliness and had not taken a shower in months, not even allowing her daughters to help. Personal care staff took extra time to spend with mum and gain her trust to help her to shower and dress, this was a miracle we as a family thought we may never see mum dressed again. We can't thank you enough :) keep up the amazing work you do...

My other true love is my dogs Buster and Brucie (both are Cavalier King Charles) I suppose I should say my husband too but the dogs are cuter!! I love walking and listening to house music, I should also state I am fond of a good glass of Prosecco or 3!!!!
Hi, my name is Chantelle and I am the Business Development Manager for PCS. I also manage all of the company's Design, Web and Marketing needs.

I have 3 beautiful children who test my patience at the best of times but we have some amazing adventures together. I love walking and spending time outdoors and I love coffee a little too much and am trying to cut down so apologies if you get me on one of those days.
Hi, my name is David, and it is my job to ensure that all PCS staff are appropriately trained.
