I can verify to the handling and expertise of each carer that comes to care for and shower her. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the carers and I will be contacting PCS to continue your care for my wife when she eventually comes home.
Thank you very much Robert for taking the time out and posting a review. Your kind words are greatly appreciated. Kindest regards, The PCS Team.
The office staff are always on hand for queries or concerns. Emails and calls returned when asked. Willing to help in time of emergency at short notice.
Adhering to stringent guidelines regarding PPE, M&H.
Regular training offered to carers to cover very complex care needs of the client, suction, gastrostomy feeding etc
Would recommend PCS and have done so already.

The carers are very good attending to my wife's needs, morning/noon/night. They are always polite and friendly.
Your kind words are greatly appreciated.

At the moment I think you need to review mums condition, my mum has become very vulnerable, she cannot go out on her own, she is nearly stone deaf, she has macular of one eye. Her walking is very poor, she is a very proud woman and she does as much for her self. I have tried to make her life better. I let her order meals that she likes, she has a place to go every week and really enjoys the company. She keeps on about the club behind her home and wishes that someone can arrange afternoon tea or coffee mornings, but no one seems interested. I have read in the newsletter about clubs within the community going to different clubhouses in the area, but it doesn't happen near her. I try and do as much as I can, before covid we went out shopping, went for coffee in our local cafes, but now she has seen no one except the carers who don't seem bothered with her. She has a cleaner and she has a lot of empathy with my mum, even the gardener is so helpful.
Firstly, thank you very much for taking the time out and posting a review. Since submitting this review, we have contacted yourself to review the options available in regards to your Mum's care as we are only funded to provide 2 x 15-minute visits per day, solely for the purpose of a medication...
I have always received good service from PCS my Carer is always very helpful and cheers me up and is always kind caring and considerate to me needs. I always feel that I am being listened to and assisted in my activities which makes me feel good and I really enjoy the companionship I receive from my carer.
Thank you very much Carol for taking the time out and posting a review. Your kind words are greatly appreciated. Kindest Regards, The PCS Team.
The carers I have are reliable and always go above and beyond to help me live my life a little easier. They also help me with my cleaning tasks without them I would struggle to manage which for me would be extremely frustrating. They have taken me out and helped me feel 'normal' which anyone in a similar position would completely understand is very important.
I am happy very to review Personal Care Services, also to thank the manager for all her input in my care needs.
Thank you very much Val for taking the time out and posting a review. Your kind words are greatly appreciated. Kindest Regards, The PCS Team.

Hi my name is Nicola I am the Director and Registered Manager of PCS, I am responsible for the day to day running of the Company, I have a true passion for what I do and I wear my heart on my sleeve.
I love coming to work every day and my tummy flutters every time I enter the car park at our offices, sometimes I pinch myself to make sure it’s all real.
My other true love is my dogs Buster and Brucie (both are Cavalier King Charles) I suppose I should say my husband too but the dogs are cuter!! I love walking and listening to house music, I should also state I am fond of a good glass of Prosecco or 3!!!!
Hi, my name is Chantelle and I am the Business Development Manager for PCS. I also manage all of the company's Design, Web and Marketing needs.
On a day to day basis, I get to create all the flyers and branding artwork for the company as well as all the fun and exciting content for our Social Media pages.
I am currently learning Spanish, I love anything to do with food or cooking (I will eat anything that comes in sandwich form, but please hold the mayo!) and I also enjoy outdoor adventures on my bike.
Hi my name is Karen. I am the Office Manager for PCS.
I oversee the daily running of the office which can be challenging at times, however thoroughly enjoyable as every day is different. I work with an amazing team both in the office and in the field and get to deal with some wonderful families and clients.
I have 3 beautiful children who test my patience at the best of times but we have some amazing adventures together. I love walking and spending time outdoors and I love coffee a little too much and am trying to cut down so apologies if you get me on one of those days.
Hi, my name is David, and it is my job to ensure that all PCS staff are appropriately trained.
This involves a variety of innovative training methods to ensure that staff receive specific and bespoke training. My jobs are many are varied, but I mainly enjoy ensuring our clients have the moving and handling equipment that keeps them safe at home while maximising their independence.
In my spare time, I am a swimming official for my daughter’s local swimming club. Perhaps my most important job is ensuring that the office staff’s caffeine levels are at their absolute maximum.
Hi, my name is Lorna. I am the Care and manager, which means I go and meet clients at the beginning of their care with us and make sure that they have everything they need to be supported by the carers and to reassure them.
I have many other jobs that I do throughout my day, the list goes on. I am a massive rugby league fan and love going watching my ‘men in shorts’ at the weekends and nothing will stop me seeing them!
Any other spare time I have I love to spend time in the kitchen cooking or going for nice long walks.
I spend a lot of time with my two Granddaughters, I love Gardening and being outdoors.
Hello, I’m Sophia, I am the Administrator of the Office.
I make sure to keep the Office and files in check. This includes Organising Supervisions, 3 Month Reviews, General Meetings, etc.
I also work alongside David with booking New Starters and current Staff in for Training. Overall, my main skill is brew making.
I love to spend my free time Shopping; some may call me a shopaholic, but I call it Retail Therapy.
Hi, my name is Claire.
I am the Medication Coordinator. I work in the office and in the field, ensuring that our clients medication is correct! I love getting out and meeting our amazing clients and their families.
I order and audit our clients medication, to make sure everyone is safe. This also means listening to a lot of hold music while trying to get through to the GP’s and pharmacies!
I love spending time with my family, exploring the world as much as possible.
