Hi my name is Nicola I am the Director and Registered Manager of PCS, I am responsible for the day to day running of the Company, I have a true passion for what I do and I wear my heart on my sleeve.

I love coming to work every day and my tummy flutters every time I enter the car park at our offices, sometimes I pinch myself to make sure it’s all real.

My other true love is my dogs Buster and Brucie (both are Cavalier King Charles) I suppose I should say my husband too but the dogs are cuter!! I love walking and listening to house music, I should also state I am fond of a good glass of Prosecco or 3!!!!

Hi, my name is Chantelle and I am the Business Development Manager for PCS. I also manage all of the company's Design, Web and Marketing needs.

On a day to day basis, I get to create all the flyers and branding artwork for the company as well as all the fun and exciting content for our Social Media pages.

I am currently learning Spanish, I love anything to do with food or cooking (I will eat anything that comes in sandwich form, but please hold the mayo!) and I also enjoy outdoor adventures on my bike.

Hi my name is Karen. I am the Office Manager for PCS.

I oversee the daily running of the office which can be challenging at times, however thoroughly enjoyable as every day is different. I work with an amazing team both in the office and in the field and get to deal with some wonderful families and clients.

I have 3 beautiful children who test my patience at the best of times but we have some amazing adventures together. I love walking and spending time outdoors and I love coffee a little too much and am trying to cut down so apologies if you get me on one of those days.

Hi, my name is David, and it is my job to ensure that all PCS staff are appropriately trained.

This involves a variety of innovative training methods to ensure that staff receive specific and bespoke training. My jobs are many are varied, but I mainly enjoy ensuring our clients have the moving and handling equipment that keeps them safe at home while maximising their independence.

In my spare time, I am a swimming official for my daughter’s local swimming club. Perhaps my most important job is ensuring that the office staff’s caffeine levels are at their absolute maximum.

Hi, my name is Lorna. I am the Care and manager, which means I go and meet clients at the beginning of their care with us and make sure that they have everything they need to be supported by the carers and to reassure them.

I have many other jobs that I do throughout my day, the list goes on. I am a massive rugby league fan and love going watching my ‘men in shorts’ at the weekends and nothing will stop me seeing them!

Any other spare time I have I love to spend time in the kitchen cooking or going for nice long walks.

I spend a lot of time with my two Granddaughters, I love Gardening and being outdoors.

Hello, I’m Sophia, I am the Administrator of the Office.

I make sure to keep the Office and files in check. This includes Organising Supervisions, 3 Month Reviews, General Meetings, etc.

I also work alongside David with booking New Starters and current Staff in for Training. Overall, my main skill is brew making.

I love to spend my free time Shopping; some may call me a shopaholic, but I call it Retail Therapy.

Hi, my name is Claire.

I am the Medication Coordinator. I work in the office and in the field, ensuring that our clients medication is correct! I love getting out and meeting our amazing clients and their families.

I order and audit our clients medication, to make sure everyone is safe. This also means listening to a lot of hold music while trying to get through to the GP’s and pharmacies!

I love spending time with my family, exploring the world as much as possible.
