County Carers Domiciliary & Live-In Care Reviews (30)
Over all time County Carers Domiciliary & Live-In Care has 30 reviews.
I have been very impressed about their communication with myself, giving me day to day updates on his needs and wellbeing, always giving me advice where they think we could work together to make his life more comfortable.
I have and will continue to recommend County Carers as a very reliable and friendly service for elderly relatives that are in need of day to day care.
County Carers were personally recommended by a friend, and from the outset were very professional and helpful. Our carer was brilliant with my aunt and had an immediate rapport with her. Sadly my aunt took a turn for the worse within a few days so the arrangement lasted only a short time, but I would not hesitate to recommend County Carers to others.
The whole team have been so caring and considerate with my mum. Their gentleness was truly appreciated at this difficult time when mum was struggling to cope with feeling incapacitated. They managed to find wonderful carers quickly to take over night-time care, which was such a blessing.
Thank you for your kind words - it’s an absolute pleasure.
County Carers are a wonderful organisation who looked after my friend in the last stages of her life at home to perfection. The carer they provided was so professional, warm-hearted and understood my friend's needs extremely well. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The organisation were very good at listening to what my friend needed and communicating well with me. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your kind words - you are very welcome, it was our absolute pleasure!
County Carers have been looking after my Mum (4 visits per day) for over a year and have always been excellent and professional in all areas. Very happy with the service they provide.
We have found the carers all excellent in their different way. They treat us with dignity and a sense of humour (necessary). They are gentle with my husband and most kind.
The management team at County Carers made sourcing care for my husband an easier experience. With competitive fees, and amazing carers I know I made the right choice choosing County Carers.
On behalf of the team who supports your family its an absolute pleasure. Team CC
I think the staff member is doing a great job with Mum: she is very competent in all aspects of caring and is also very friendly, enthusiastic and proactive. She has really pushed Mum to be more active physically and socially. This has not only helped improve Mum's mobility considerably in recent months but has also produced great improvements in Mum's mental state: she is less confused than previously and much livelier in conversation. Mum still needs pushing to do things, but the staff member is providing that 'push' and it is making a considerable difference. Therefore, I'm very pleased with her work and would highly recommend her to other families.
Thank you so much for your kind words - we are very pleased to see how far Mum has came along and equally proud of our carers. Thank you
We have been very satisfied with the care for our elderly parents. The carers are positive, fun, flexible and kind. We feel very lucky to have them around!
We are also very proud of our Carers who go the extra mile to help improve people’s lives, so hearing it directly from the clients and their families is fabulous. Thank you for taking the time to leave County Carers such a lovely review.
The Regional Director has now progressed into her full potential and another member of staff has arranged for an amazing regular team to support my mother in her own home. I have nothing but positive things to say about County Carers. They display the perfect balance of professional care and human sensitivity that is so lacking in other care support services. My mum loves The Regional Director and the team.
Thank you so much for your review - we enjoy caring for your mother just as much as she enjoys seeing the team.
