I cannot speak highly enough of the care my husband received from Waterside Homecare. Without exception, all the carers and management were not only kind, considerate and caring but bright and cheerful too. When my husband had difficulty in walking or was slow in getting out of a chair, they were always very encouraging and patient with him, no rush or stress. Their visits became the highlights of his day.
This meant that she could remain living in her own home until recently and gave us the family much reassurance that Mum was being very well cared for.
They were always cheerful, professional, and helped maintain my mother's dignity.
Communication was excellent and as a family we were so grateful for all their help, particularly during some difficult events where the team clearly went beyond the call of duty. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Our elderly parents of 90 and 87 years of age are still living independently in their own home and as our father is suffering from Alzheimer's, mother is his carer. We have found the caring team extremely dedicated, caring and sympathetic giving my parents excellent support, leaving my sisters and I confident they are being well cared for on their daily visits. They have built up a wonderful rapport and we couldn't recommend them enough.
