Waterside homecare services have been excellent with regards to my mother's care at her home. I cannot fault them at all infact they went above & beyond my expectations & I would thoroughly recommend their services.

I chose Waterside Homecare after a recommendation from a friend of my mother's.
Mum needed personal care three times a day and meals provided.
I later moved in with her to be there throughout the night, but mum still wanted the carers during the day so that I was her daughter not her carer. They were all so caring, dedicated and kind and became friends whilst caring for mum.
All the carers, particularly her regular carers, were so supportive when we were having a hard time and I am so, so grateful for everything they did for mum and the family.
Waterside Homecare has such a high standard and such wonderful carers that I would recommend the company to anyone.
The office staff were very accommodating when I had to make changes or cancel at short notice due to hospital or family visits.

Without exception, all the carers and management were not only kind, considerate and caring but bright and cheerful too. When my husband had difficulty in walking or was slow in getting out of a chair, they were always very encouraging and patient with him, no rush or stress. They were always cheerful, professional, and helped maintain my mother's dignity.
This meant that she could remain living in her own home until recently and gave us the family much reassurance that Mum was being very well cared for.

Communication was excellent and as a family we were so grateful for all their help, particularly during some difficult events where the team clearly went beyond the call of duty. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Our elderly parents of 90 and 87 years of age are still living independently in their own home and as our father is suffering from Alzheimer's, mother is his carer. We have found the caring team extremely dedicated, caring and sympathetic giving my parents excellent support, leaving my sisters and I confident they are being well cared for on their daily visits. They have built up a wonderful rapport and we couldn't recommend them enough.
