My mum thought the world of all the girls. They were all brilliant with her and nothing was to much trouble for them. I felt perfectly happy to go on holiday and leave them in charge. I would recommend them to anybody. I would just like to say one last thank you to you all for what you did for her in the last year
Thank you, Derek, for your feedback. We would also like to say one last thank you as well for all your support and it was a real privilege for us all to have been able to support your mum over the last year. She was a wonderful lady who is deeply missed by all the staff who supported her.

All of the care staff are excellent. I get regular feedback with regards to my father and his needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending other people to Respectful Care. Top service!
Thank you Paul for your wonderful feedback.
Respectful care is generally a good company and their services have been good. Some of the time (20%) you get carers who are less helpful and just go through the motions, but I suppose this is normal.
Thank you Furukh for your comments and I am sorry that you feel some of the carers just go through the motions. I will look into this issue and report back to you personally. Thank you.
The carers listen to me.
Thank you Alan for your kind feedback.

I would recommend this company unreservedly to others.
Thank you, Patricia, for your kind feedback.
They help me get up and to go to bed. My daughter is in France, so without the lovely girls, I would be lost.
Thank you for your kind feedback.
The carers do everything for me and are very reliable. They are the best company that has helped me and I would be lost without them.
Thank you Mary for your kind feedback.
Very pleased with your friendly staff towards my dad. Thank you.
Thank you Jane for your kind comments.
Very helpful company. There for all your needs. We would highly recommend this company. All carers are on time and experienced in what we wanted for my dad.
Thank you Lorraine for your kind feedback.
The overall business is conducted in a professional manner with a good awareness of the needs of the individual client, particularly when the same carer is attending on a regular basis. On occasions, there can be a problem when the carer is new to a particular client and is unaware of the nature of routine and needs of the particular individual client. The carers are extremely conscientious and adaptable to the needs of the client.
The overall package of care is reviewed on a regular basis and tailor-made to the needs of the individual client. There is good communication between individual carers about areas of concern relating to the client. Overall the company is providing an excellent service.
Thank you Jacqueline for your kind and in depth feedback which is of huge benefit to us in order to continually improve our services.
All the staff are so caring and kind.
Thank you for your kind feedback.

Lorna is the person who ensures the clients have the correct logistical care and support they need at the times they choose and with the carers of their choice and preference, providing continuity at all times. Lorna also has responsibility for the staff rota, ensuring the staff get the correct number of hours each week but also have a healthy work-life balance.
Care was always something Lorna wanted to do as she started to support her parents when they became unwell. Lorna was introduced to the company with a friend 8 years ago initially joining as a care and support worker. During this time Lorna progressed to the role of Mentor (Senior Carer) which meant she had added responsibility for training and mentoring new and existing staff.
