We have had very good experience with the care provider. Second time using this service. Staff are very helpful, kind and compassionate. And management always makes sure that we are always looked after and provided for. Carers will go above and beyond to make sure the service user is comfortable, clean and safe. Also communication is very easy and quick. Highly recommended.

Vicky and Helen always go out of their way to get things right. They are particularly good at helping with food choices and always prepare colourful, appealing meals. Great communicators with our lady and with family/friends

I can't praise this care company enough. The manager is absolutely fantastic and has gone above and beyond to make sure my nan receives the best possible care.

She has put together a wonderful team of carers who are kind, caring, and always willing to think outside the box. They don't just come in and do a job - they take the time to sit and chat with my nan, make her laugh, and genuinely brighten her day. It's lovely to see how comfortable she is with them.

What really stands out is the manager's dedication and communication. She is always available when needed and keeps us informed. She has worked hard to find carers who are the right fit for my nan, and if someone wasn't quite the right match, she quickly arranged alternatives until we found people she felt comfortable and happy with.

The level of care, compassion, and communication has been outstanding throughout, and knowing my nan is in such good hands gives our family real peace of mind. I would highly recommend them.

We have had staff from Malkuwth for nearly two months. The staff care has been most diligent. They are considerate and friendly. Malkuwth has been helpful, and accommodating for example when there has been irregularity in the timing of requirements. Could not have wished for better service.

Excellent service and professional staff. My son is a 19-year-old boy with severe learning difficulties and Malkuwth home care staff started helping him since January 2024. We are so happy with their professionalism, excellent service and punctuality. Also, the manager is very approachable and listens to us and our needs. Overall very happy.
