The carers provide a good service to my mum and give us, her family, a sense of security and that she is being cared for.

I have been having HRM Homecare Services - Central West for a year and am happy with the carers provided. My only complaint is that there is not enough time allocated for the girls to spend time with me. I feel lonely without care.

Very efficient service creating a stress-free service for my mother-in-law. The staff are very good, polite, and caring. The service has been very reliable, making sure when staff are off they backfilled efficiently. The payment is easy.

Both male, personal carers have been first class. Both attend on time and both are friendly and professional. With initial misgivings at 91 years old, of having male personal carers, I was relieved when I met them, as they are so professional.

Dad receives a light service at the moment and he is happy with this. Some aspects of this review don't apply so we have amended it accordingly.

I have been with HRM Homecare Services since 2020 and I am satisfied with the service and care that I get. The people that I receive from them is very good and give me 110% 7 days a week. They also go to extreme care helping with me doing different things around the house. I always like having a talk about recent things have done. I appreciate all the people in care group a big thank you to you all.
