Found the service very good, can recommend.

The managing director goes way beyond the call of duty to make sure that those receiving care are properly looked after and are comfortable. He often made personal visits to make sure everything was going well.

I have found the carers to be diligent and compassionate in their care of my mother and are attentive to her needs. The managers dealt well with a small difficulty with a particular carer and I was reassured by their response.

Most of the staff I have had, have been extremely helpful, going the extra mile on occasions when needed, doing errands and shopping, willingly. The company are always on hand to offer assistance or deal promptly with any queries.

Right at Home (Bromley) took over my relative's care at a very difficult time and they have been brilliant. They helped me to turn the situation around and things are now completely different. My relative felt comfortable with them from the very beginning. I absolutely trust them to provide the best possible care. I have made several requests and they have not only provided what was needed but in some instances, come up with suggestions of their own which has made everything smooth and trouble-free. They take my relative out so that she is not isolated and to appointments. I know that they keep me informed of everything necessary and equally, I know I can trust them to ensure that my relative is well taken care of. Quite frankly, I don't know what I would have done without them, they are marvellous.

We as a family are very impressed with the help we are being given in looking after my husband. They are very caring and he reacts well to them all. They go out of their way to provide the same carers and we appreciate their efforts to supply the same regular carers. Their aim is obviously to put their clients their number one priority. Their communication between all carers is first class. Appointment times are very good, we recommend them 100%.

They are very good at matching carers with clients and their particular needs. Confidence for all concerned is their aim. Right At Home has been providing home care for my father to a high standard. The carers are kind and understanding of my father's needs and nothing is too much trouble. My Mum feels relaxed in their company and feels able to ask for any help.

When my father was discharged from hospital, the carers came almost straight away and carried on with his care with additional needs that he had to have. He looks forward to them coming each day and we are very grateful to the company.

We had just started talking to companies about the provision of live-in care for our mother when her circumstances suddenly changed and the need became urgent. At this stage, Right at Home (in Bromley) was the only company able to respond to our request for a live-in carer to begin supporting our mother at only a few hours’ notice. Our mother, who has vascular dementia and is bedridden, has generally got on very well with the carers. They have been keen to find out her personal preferences, e.g. what she likes to eat, what music she likes to listen to, etc. They have also come up with practical ideas about how her quality of life could be improved. Overall, we have been very pleased with the service, which has been both professional and caring.
