The carers have all been attentive, helpful and prompt, supporting Mum with home help and personal care as well as companionship when she felt like a chat.

I can not recommend the services of Right at Home highly enough, the carers who assist my nan are always on time, professional and consistent. We had issues with previous companies but since we transferred to Right at Home she has been settled, assured and looks forward to seeing her carers. The carers are always on hand to help and any issues are resolved in a quick and efficient manner.

Our carer was warm, caring and understanding. She was able to work rapidly to help us get a loved one out of a hospital in lockdown so that he could be at home amongst his loved ones before he died. Her level of dedication was above and beyond what you might expect. She became a key member of our team to give him the best care possible and fulfil his last wishes. She stayed late, in her personal time, to fill in paperwork with us, she pulled in favours to put a care team together within 24 hours and provided us with much needed emotional support. The two carers who came on the first evening were empathetic, friendly and understanding of the situation. They made all of us feel confident and comfortable. Even the person picking up the out of hours phone was informed and compassionate.

Having had issues with a previous care company who were providing care for my mother, we found Right at Home to be in a different league. The carers we had were punctual and reliable, skilled and compassionate. What developed were genuine friendships with my mother and ourselves. Management was responsive and keen that we should be happy with the service our family was receiving. Throughout the two years, they combined efficiency with calmness and positivity that was a great help and comfort.

Every one of the caregivers has been fantastic with both mum and our family. It’s not easy watching things go downhill but the difference for us has been how the carers have just given their time to make sure we are all ok. They’ve taken the time to contact me if mum has had a bad night etc, just to reassure me, they’ve contacted the appropriate person and taken the time to ask how we are doing as a family, which has been invaluable. I trust their judgement. In this awful situation with cv19 the team have never stopped giving us their support and I am so grateful for their dedication.

Timekeeping was very good. Cooking satisfactory. Kitchen left clean. Carers helpful and friendly.

Excellent company took time to match the client to the carer and met the carer before care commenced so I knew who was coming. Always treated with dignity during personal care i.e showering, hair wash, drying and dressing. Recorded in a logbook that I'd taken medication and wore my alarm pendant. Laid out breakfast to consume after my shower. Greatest confidence came after handrails were fitted in the hall, upstairs, loo and in the shower, shower seat and handrails out of the shower in the bathroom for when I am ready to try anything myself. The carer would help with shopping, laundry, light housework, microwave meals. My carer was always willing to help and we chatted a lot together, called my carer was my daily tonic. It was hard to say goodbye, but I had to be me again and live by myself. I was assured if I needed help again in the future it was only a phone call away. This care company would be my first port of call.

They adapted to the moods of her illness and were a great support to me.

When the original staff member was replaced at holiday time, the replacement had been well-briefed and equally efficient.

Right at Home in Bromley has helped our family with the full-time, live-in care for our mother for more than two years. We would never have managed to care for our mother without the help of all the team at Right at Home. Everyone has been professional and the care she has had has been over and above what we ever could have expected. Everyone has genuinely cared for our mother and given so much of their own energy and enthusiasm, her wellbeing was always their first priority. I would recommend anyone to use their care services!

Very good service. Notification of any changes given in advance. New carers introduced and given shadowing guidance. Notes given on card experience enable a good understanding of what has occurred.

I received fantastic, individualised care during my recovery post-op. The lady who carried out my assessment was helpful and clear that my carer would be willing to care for me and cover the tasks that I would normally carry out at home. My carer was happy to help me in any way I needed personally and to support my family. She was very easy going, friendly but professional and she just got on with whatever I asked but was also proactive in checking that I had drinks, food etc. She was happy to carry out any domestic jobs that I would normally do and also cooked my family delicious meals. I felt very relaxed and could concentrate on resting and recovering. I would recommend this agency and particularly my carer without hesitation.

I have been impressed with the overall standard of care given to my mother since I chose Right At Home to be her provider. She can be tricky to handle, but her lovely carer manages her very well indeed. Kind, solicitous and empathic to my mother's needs, no matter how difficult my mum makes it! I have also been impressed by the courteous communication from the senior staff - especially one. As we have independent payments, it was my decision to use Right at Home and I have never regretted it. It's been six months now and I'm delighted with them.

Competent, caring and compassionate about their work. Nothing is too much trouble, even happy to cook healthy meals and sit and chat but more importantly always listen. Very approachable and will accommodate all needs wherever possible. A very good company who make you feel you are not just another client but part of their amazing family network.
