Carers were always matched carefully with my mother and treated her with dignity and compassion. The agency displayed flexibility in dealing with requests to increase care provision. This company provided daily home care to my very elderly, frail but very astute relative for over two and half years. I cannot praise the care and attention to detail enough. The carers are so well trained and if there was to be any change of carer, even if only temporarily such as for cover for annual leave or weekend leave, the replacement carer was always introduced to our relative and her care explained some time ahead of the change. This always meant that there was perfect continuity of care, with my relative's needs and preferences always being carried out exactly as she wished them to be. It also meant that she knew the carer that arrived each time. The respect and diligence shown to our relative were outstanding. It was perfect! All of the carers seem to have been perfectly matched to our relative which meant that we never once had to complain or ask for a change. There were regular phone calls asking if we were happy with the service and for updated information.

We are so grateful to the carers from Right At Home who have provided companionship and care to our mum with kindness and consideration, even when her behaviour became challenging. We would like to say thank you to the manager and the staff who managed the increasing care needed so efficiently and at short notice too! We are very impressed with the high standards of care put in place because of the pandemic; Mum and the carers have remained well throughout.

The carers were above excellent, kind, cheerful and extremely helpful. They always cheered my dad up and were prepared to go the extra mile. They were very understanding, offered support and company for my mum.

We found the carers very kind, caring and thoughtful. They were gentle with my husband as he was very frail. The carers and my husband enjoyed chats and they loved learning many interesting topics with him. It gave my husband some stimulation and he looked forward to seeing both of his carers. One of the carers was very kind to me when I had one of my meltdown days and on happier days both carers and I shared some jokes. The manager was also very kind and helpful.

I have found that the service works very well. All the helpers arrive as planned and reasonably on time, and if they are delayed for any reason by an earlier client's request, the office normally let us know by telephone. All the carers were pleasant and easy to work with, although their styles are not all the same with their ages vary. All in all, I have no complaints and adverse comments to make and from my point of view, the service works well. I would certainly be prepared to recommend Right at Home to any of my friends who might need care services.

I have good experience with all the carers, they were very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. I appreciate the way they talk to my wife. They will make her laugh which is something she does not do often. I shall miss their visits.

After contacting Right at Home to discuss care for Mum, I immediately felt a weight off my shoulders. I have felt supported and confident that she is receiving a high standard of care. Mum really likes all of her carers. She has live-in care for a week and was happy when I phoned, this was unexpected, as she has been dependant on me. She liked and enjoyed the carer's company.

I’d like to say that the proprietor and his staff have been caring for my mother for the last 2 years and having tried a number of other agencies. They have proved to be the best. Nothing was too much trouble and if a regular carer was unable to attend the proprietor was always able to call, which always brought a smile to my mum's face.
