Right at Home (Bromley)

All staff are well trained, flexible, and very relaxed about dealing with 91-year-old moderately demented husband, with 24-hour care. This enabled him to stay at home- his dearest wish, and gave his wife much-needed help in caring for him. Became really good friends, and learned a lot from each carer about handling my husband's demands. Good company for both patient and wife. Highly recommended.

My Uncle has been receiving care from Right At Home for a while now. Since he was diagnosed with dementia he has had a carer assist him with taking him shopping, cleaning tasks, and companionship. We live over 200 miles away but know that he can continue to live safely and independently in his home due to the excellent service Right At Home provides us with. I can highly recommend the service to others.

Very, very happy with the service. My mum had the best possible care for the last month of her life. The girl looked after Mum in the most caring way possible, like their own family. The dignity they treated her with was second to none and I'd wished I'd use them before rather than struggle alone. They were so kind to me too, never making me feel I should be doing more and very loving and gentle to Mum. Highly recommend. Best possible care, also the same 2 girls which was a comfort to Mum.

I look forward to the visit of my carer who comes three times a week. She is here while I shower (to give me confidence) sees me do my balance exercises and provides friendship for an hour.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from the carers provided. they were helpful and considerate to my needs at all times and they have helped me recover well. I would not hesitate to recommend your services.

The systems that Right at Home have in place are enabling smooth running care and communication. All of the people who answer the phone are polite and listen to what I ask for and make adjustments and listen to what I ask for and make adjustments to work time and content as requested. The carers are pleasant and I am grateful for their help and support. Right at Home makes a difference to my life and I wouldn't do without them.

My mum has been cared for by Right at Home for nearly seven years, from a once-a-day visit through to visiting five times a day before Mum went into residential care. We have had excellent care throughout, the carers and staff have always been so supportive and helpful, both looking after Mum and supporting us, her family, especially as Mum's care became more full on. Thank you all for all your care from us all.

Fabulous care company. Always willing to help and very much appreciated by my elderly aunt's family as well as my aunt. The carers are friendly, supportive and encourage my aunt to be as independent as possible. Without Right at Home, my aunt would not be very independent after undergoing chemotherapy at 90 years old. The carer who works for Right at Home is very kind, patient and committed with my friend who has dementia and is very challenging. The office team is very polite and happy to help.

My 94 year old father was somewhat reticent about accepting additional help at home. However, from day 1 he has really got on well with his friendly carers who provide cheery, flexible and practical assistance and companionship. He looks forward to visits and as I live some distance away, I feel confident about his living on his own. I'm particularly impressed how his main carer has gently suggested ways in which she can help to enable him to be more independent, we are so grateful that he is less overwhelmed by day to day tasks and now keen to host friends visits with his trusted Carer in the house. I'm also delighted that Right at Home keep in close contact, carefully listening and acting upon any issues, showing that they care. Keep up the great work!

Once our friend returned from the hospital, it didn't take long for us to have total confidence in the team at Right at Home. Special thanks to one lady for all her help.

The carer who attended my husband 3 mornings each week is just excellent. She is very kind and efficient and does a very good job getting my husband out of bed in the mornings, showered and dressed. We can highly recommend her to anybody.

Generally, an excellent well-run care service. The majority of the carers were compassionate and helpful. Very well managed.
