Woodfield 24 Care Services

The care my mum received during the final weeks of her life was second to none and we, as a family, are so grateful to all the wonderful staff that cared for her. We were greeted every day and throughout the day by lovely smiling faces that reassured us, advised us and treated mum like one of their own family. We put our trust in these amazing ladies and they didn’t let us down, we couldn’t have fulfilled mum's final wishes without their loving care. Thank you so much you truly are angels each and everyone.

I cannot praise them enough for their dedication and support not only for my mum but for myself and my brothers. We are thankful as staff enabled us to carry out my mum's wishes of staying in her own home, without their support this would not have been possible. Thank you!

They never let you feel you were a burden, or an inconvenience, no matter what time of day or night you called.

I never imagined I would ever have anyone in to help care for my mum. I'm so glad I chose Woodfield. The ladies came into my mums home with great care and dignity. The personal care they helped her with was outstanding. They were so kind and so patient with her, nothing was too much trouble. They also supported me at a time I was struggling with which I so needed and never expected. It was good to know my mum was in good hands. We started with two visits per day and when we needed to go to four it was arranged through a phone call and started the very next day. If you're looking for care for anyone I would recommend Woodfield 24 Care Services with all my heart.

My Mother was discharged from DRI (Doncaster Royal Infirmary) on the 4th November and we were given Woodfield 24 Care Services which was an absolute godsend, every single team member who came to care for my Mother did so with such warmth and compassion as though they were tending to a member of their own family. Never having dealt with carers before, we were not quite sure what to expect but what we received outweighed our expectations, they showed total respect to each and every one of us and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were offered and accepted two night sits which we gladly accepted. The team member who attended, made us feel as though our Mother was in the best hands possible, so again, 'Thank You' so much for all the services you have given my mother and family, we cannot thank you enough. Please convey our deepest thanks to every care worker who attended my Mother and kept us sane.
