Our carer has just started, and she is excellent. Very professional - very caring. The company has been super efficient in sorting out our requests, devising the schedule and keeping in touch. They are a pleasure to work with.

When there have been rare occasions of issues, they have stepped in to resolve them. Also, if I have difficulties with our professionals, the care managers have willingly stepped in to help resolve.

Right at Home Care Agency are great! From the moment I found them, they set my mind at ease. The office staff are super helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help with all my grandmother's care needs. They are available 24/7 and recently they jumped into action, late on a Sunday afternoon, to find last-minute care for my grandmother for that night. I can rely on them. The office staff are really caring and keep me up to date or contact me with any issues regarding my grandmother, via email or a call. The carers we have met have been great! After a very difficult experience at a care home, my 92-year-old uncle, who has no member of the family nearby to support him, decided to go back to his flat to live and receive help from visiting carers. Right at Home were approached and, in all truthfulness, have responded absolutely brilliantly. The quality of care is extremely good, but the ability of the office staff to respond to his needs is outstanding. They manage the situation with great efficiency, accuracy and diligence and discuss ways forward with my brother and I (at 40 and 200 miles distance respectively) on every occasion. Their management of our uncle's needs during the transfer from the home and subsequently has been truly impressive. My only wish is that they worked in Cumbria where I live. Outstanding...could not be better!

I am really impressed with the quality of care that my Dad is receiving. He has said that the daily visits are the highlight of his day. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that he has human contact each day, especially with the new lockdown. My Dad did not cope well with the first lockdown which was prior to his care starting. I can also arrange for shopping deliveries to be made whilst the carer is there so they can help him to put the shopping away. I can't thank you enough for the difference you have made in our lives.
