Both my carers have been excellent. The Monday to Friday girl was outstanding. Both girls did not rush and treated me with dignity. Both girls were very punctual and wore PPE. A Pleasure to have them care for me.

Your response to our enquiry, having been recommended to me, was excellent in promptness and efficiency. Your provision of the carer has also been excellent and her care, punctuality, efficiency and sympathetic personality have totally met our needs.

Both the carers are amazing. They manage to get her to do exercises, giving her more and more confidence each day. She looks forward to them coming.

My previous experience in September 2020. I found the staff to be very explanatory of the service they were going to offer. The interaction with my son was relaxed and he responded well without feeling anxious. My son has been attacked and is not trusting of people, especially males as his attacker was a man. He was made to feel relaxed and understood the care he was being offered at the time, although he might not remember due to his short-term memory. The staff is caring, talks to him and treats him with dignity. He is happy.

We were very pleased with the care that our mum received from Right at Home. Her care worker was friendly and professional, always on time and was respectful to our mum's needs. We were also pleased that she had the same care worker at each visit. thank you.

They listend to the needs of both my parents and have taken their requests very seriously of what type of person they wanted to provide care. I made contact with Right at Home on behalf of my mum, to get her some daily care, following a fall she had. Not having used any carers before, my mum was naturally a little worried, and so was I, about what it would be like to have someone that she didn't know coming in to do some personal care for her. She needn't have worried because the carers that came to help her have all be delightful and put my mum at her ease straight away. When my mum had her fall we needed to organise the care very quickly and following my initial phone call I met with Right at Home within 48 hours, in the comfort of my mum's home and the actual care was started within two days of that meeting. My mum is delighted with all they do for her and it has also given me peace of mind to know she is getting excellent care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, the care they give is genuine, the company is extremely professional and they have made a huge difference to my mum's quality of life.

As a trial, everything seemed to go well. When we are ready for more care we will certainly use your agency.

Right at Home have been providing a carer for my father since January 2018. I have found the management team to be very professional, courteous and responsive to our needs. The carer is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, prompt and kind. All in all, I feel we are getting the desired level of care and cannot hope for more.
