This care provider was very helpful with the needs of my son. The staff were always available to answer questions and address any concerns I had. The carers were compassionate, friendly, kind and patient. They did everything possible to ensure my son had the best quality of life by helping him access activities he enjoyed and in the months they worked with him, they were consistent and professional. I will definitely recommend this agency as they understand the key principles of care.

I have been a service user of All Star Care services for over 2 years now. They have given me a very professional, caring service during this time with frequent follow-ups and reviews of my care package and the Manager of All Star has been very supportive to me and took care of my needs even during lockdown 2 years ago and continues to this day by providing very caring services to help me to cope and live independently in my home and improve the quality of my life. In response to the above question, I found the service which was provided from All Star Care Ltd to be exceptional. The care package provided met my mother's needs in every area and was carried out professionally. Carers on most occasionally went over and beyond their duties pertaining to my mother's care. I would highly recommend this care company.

My mother started to use All Star Care Ltd a few months ago and I cannot praise them enough. A very friendly visit is made prior to care starting and a thorough understanding of the situation discussed by both sides. She has a visit once a day in the morning, always around the same time. She receives help washing, having baths, making the bed, housework, breakfast and washing up, laundry. I could go on. Contact with the local pharmacy and GP has happened on occasion when there has been any concern, as well as taking Mum to the heart clinic and hospital if required.

I'd highly recommend All Star Care to anyone who requires care and help around the home.
