A care company that cares! I have only been with Heritage Healthcare for a very short period of time, but since joining the company I have always been treated respectfully; and although I’m aware that as a company they are always happy to help, as yet I’ve never had to make a single phone call to ask
for any kind of assistance. I believe that alone speaks volumes! My carers are absolutely amazing people, as carers go I can only describe them as ‘the cream of the crop’, always kind, thoughtful and happy to help. My home though a busy 24hr workplace is full of the laughter I love, the happiness I can’t live without and the care that keeps me safe from harm. If I was asked to sum up my experiences at Heritage Healthcare, my answer would be this: I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone.

Heritage home care have provided excellent care for my grandma ensuring she was safe and well cared for in her own home. She was always happy to see the carers and treated with respect and dignity. As a whole family, we are forever grateful for the support we have received these past years. Many of

Overall we were extremely pleased with the service we received after a few initial hic-ups. Once the carers were fully aware of my mother-in-law's needs. On the odd occasion, we had to complain; it was sorted out immediately. Excellent service and compassionate.

Absolutely outstanding care in all aspects. My mum and our family are new to having carers in the home and this company has been unbelievable. Gone above and beyond in every area. Cannot praise or thank them enough for what has been an absolutely horrendous 6 weeks for my mum and family, but it was
such a relief when we finally found an organisation we felt we could trust and they have exceeded all expectations. Marie Binks qualified in Law before launching a successful career within the business banking sector. For the last 18 years, Marie has worked closely with the local business community, building longstanding and trusting relationships. Having raised funds for the local hospice and volunteered in the area, Marie decided to launch Heritage Healthcare Wakefield so that she could provide her community with an expert quality, caring and professional service.
