Lovely carers who treat my mum with dignity humour and respect.

Dad (now 97) was admitted to hospital after a fall. He was checked over and found to be ok. The NHS working with Heritage Healthcare, my father, my brother and myself arranged a health care package to support Dad when he came home. Carers would attend Dad's home to get him up and provide breakfast, a second carer to attend and cook and serve his lunch, a third carer would give him his tea, and then final carer of the day would help him to bed. This has worked very well and Dad has enjoyed the regular support and attention. The carers have been excellent, very friendly and accommodating, providing a very good service.

Following my father's discharge from the hospital, we have been very impressed with the standard of care being provided by Heritage Healthcare. There is a small core of staff, which means that he is able to establish a rapport when they visit regularly. He is being provided with regular meals, which has improved his well-being. All the staff are very caring. A request for a small adjustment to the timing of visits was accommodated very quickly. Overall, we cannot fault the service being delivered.

The staff from Heritage Healthcare provide support, conversation and companionship, making my mother feel independent, safe and more confident.

A care company that cares! I have only been with Heritage Healthcare for a very short period of time, but since joining the company I have always been treated respectfully; and although I’m aware that as a company they are always happy to help, as yet I’ve never had to make a single phone call to ask for any kind of assistance. I believe that alone speaks volumes! My carers are absolutely amazing people, as carers go I can only describe them as ‘the cream of the crop’, always kind, thoughtful and happy to help. My home though a busy 24hr workplace is full of the laughter I love, the happiness I can’t live without and the care that keeps me safe from harm. If I was asked to sum up my experiences at Heritage Healthcare, my answer would be this: I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone.

The care given to my mother was first class. Great friendly service, the caring team were always prepared to go that extra mile to make sure mum was as comfortable as possible.

Heritage home care have provided excellent care for my grandma ensuring she was safe and well cared for in her own home. She was always happy to see the carers and treated with respect and dignity. As a whole family, we are forever grateful for the support we have received these past years. Many of the carers have become like extended family. We cannot recommend or thank Heritage care enough. Thank you.

Overall we were extremely pleased with the service we received after a few initial hic-ups. Once the carers were fully aware of my mother-in-law's needs. On the odd occasion, we had to complain; it was sorted out immediately. Excellent service and compassionate.

Absolutely fantastic care team. Each one of them went above and beyond to look after my nan. Such a caring, loving team of carers. My nan was in safe hands which made it more comfortable for the rest of the family. I would highly recommend this care team 100%.

The management and staff should be applauded for the help and support given to my close friend. They keep me informed of any problems or concerns they have and how we can deal with these together. They have gone above and beyond what is expected, and I have felt they have given me peace of mind knowing they are there for her.

Apart from one or two little hiccups, door key, tea towel set alight, broken mirror. The overall standard has been satisfactory.

My wife was suffering from mental health issues and I approached Heritage Healthcare (Wakefield) for some assistance. All of the staff have been very helpful and caring throughout. I have to pay particular thanks and gratitude to one member of staff who has been 1st class in the level of care, support and commitment she has provided. Big thanks to her and the team. xx

Absolutely outstanding care in all aspects. My mum and our family are new to having carers in the home and this company has been unbelievable. Gone above and beyond in every area. Cannot praise or thank them enough for what has been an absolutely horrendous 6 weeks for my mum and family, but it was such a relief when we finally found an organisation we felt we could trust and they have exceeded all expectations. I have mainly dealt with the manager and what a credit to Heritage Healthcare she is. Compassionate, organised, caring, trustworthy and knowledgeable, a true professional in every sense of the word. Thank you, Heritage from the bottom of our hearts for all you are doing, not just for our mum, but for our family too.

The care I get is excellent. Couldn't be more satisfied.
