Olive Paul is our Registered Manager who co-founded SD Care Agency (London). In all, she has accumulated more than 3 decades of experience in social care and nursing in 3 countries – Singapore, Australia, and the United Kingdom. She brings diversity and different cultural perspectives to the work she does. Olive communicates in several languages including Mandarin which she speaks fluently.

Georgiana is our General Manager and the cornerstone of the organisation, overseeing SD Guildford and SD London. A law graduate with eight years of banking experience, she joined SD Care Agency in 2015 and has been instrumental in its growth. Proficient in management, administration, and operations, she drives revenue, profitability, and quality improvements, including ISO9001 compliance. Known for her discipline and efficiency, Georgiana balances her professional rigour with a kind heart and a passion for opera, embodying dedication and care.

Aleah Molejon is our Deputy Manager (Care Management). As a Nurse, she has extensive clinical knowledge and a passion for healthcare. Her empathy is her superpower. She lives by the saying – “before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes”. Her curiosity to understand others around her helps her build strong relationships with the people she meets. As a hardworking and passionate person, she always goes the extra mile. A true foodie and sushi lover, she spends her spare time exploring new cuisines and cultures.

Arqam S is our Healthcare Administrator, the heartbeat of our operations. Much like a conductor guiding an orchestra, he ensures every detail runs smoothly with his exceptional organisation, multitasking and communication skills. Known for his kind, polite and humble nature, Arqam creates a supportive and efficient environment for both patients and colleagues. Arqam is passionate about developing his skills and advancing within the care industry. Mirela represents the best among our amazing team of care delivery staff. She is a firm believer in the philosophy; “The power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment or the smallest act of caring has the power to turn a life around”. Lovingly called “Bella” by her clients, our beautiful Mirela is truly an empathetic, cheerful, and professional colleague and friend to her many clients. She is a trained nurse and comes with years of clinical experience and multifarious skills in caring for clients with chronic health conditions.

Laura is one of our oldest employees and a senior care worker. Her bubbly personality and caring nature attract everyone to her. She exemplifies the quote by American Poet and Critic, John Albert Holmes Jr, “There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up”. Her kind heart and smile can light up any room and make her the perfect mentor to all our junior carers.

Julius Tan is a warm and approachable carer who is a family man at heart. Julius finds joy in spending time with loved ones and exploring his love for driving. His compassionate nature and practical mindset enable him to connect with clients and address their needs thoughtfully. Always ready to go the extra mile, Julius values building meaningful relationships with those he supports. Outside of work, he enjoys discovering new places on long drives and cherishing moments with his family.

Muhammad Khan is a dedicated and compassionate carer who brings energy and enthusiasm to everything he does. With a passion for fitness and staying active, he believes in maintaining a healthy body and mind to provide the best care. Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, Muhammad connects effortlessly with people from diverse backgrounds, fostering strong relationships. He approaches every challenge with empathy and a commitment to understanding others. In his spare time, Muhammad enjoys exercising and exploring ways to inspire wellness in those around him.
